Negative experience: I am giving one star because there is no option to give less. My experience with INMOBILIARIA PARELLADA has been extremely disappointing and problematic. Below, I detail the main issues we faced when renting a loft with this real estate agency: 1. Misleading price: The published price of the loft did not include VAT, which resulted in a higher cost than expected. 2. Deplorable hygienic conditions: Upon taking possession of the loft, we found the place filled with trash and dirt. The windows were visibly dirty, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. In particular: - The toilet was without a lid. - The tiles in the sink were raised. - The floor parquet was warped and scratched. - A step was broken. - There was a moldy snack on the table. 3. Additional expenses: Due to the lamentable condition of the loft, we had to hire a cleaning company and a person specifically to clean the windows. 4. Improper charge: We were charged for the 10 days of the month that were missing, even though we spent that time only cleaning and removing trash, which was a monumental task given the amount of dirt. 5. Poor customer service: When we went down to the agency to complain about the conditions in which the loft was delivered to us, Ms. Teresa limited herself to saying 'that's how it is', showing a total lack of concern and empathy for the situation. Furthermore, after I told her that I wanted a solution, she got upset saying: 'if you act like this, it will be worse', implying that in this way, she would not send any technician to my house to fix all the defects (something we had already discussed over the phone). That's another issue; the technicians took 2 weeks to come and have only postponed. 6. Indifference post-contract: Once the contract was signed, the agency completely disregarded our needs and complaints. Our experience with INMOBILIARIA PARELLADA was extremely negative. Not only did we have to incur additional costs to leave the loft in minimally livable conditions, but we also encountered a total lack of responsibility and professionalism on the part of the agency. I would not recommend their services under any circumstances.

I was interested in a rental apartment and when I was waiting at the door the 'employee', if I can call him that, DAVID CASAS calls me saying that the owner of the apartment is sick and that we should leave it for when she returns from her trip... I wait 2 weeks and he tells me that the apartment is spoken for... incompetent people and without a word.

Negative experience: Sóc llogatera i em sembla molt poc professional que no responguin els mails i ni tan sols et truquin despres de 3 setmanes. Els has d'anar molt al darrera perque et resolguin les incidencies.

Positive experience: Son atentos pero les sobrepasa el trabajo y me he quedado sin respuesta a un piso que me intereseva. Por otro lado tienen solvencia contrastada de muchos años.

Negative experience: Alquile un piso con ellos en un edificio que reformaron; al ser el primer inquilino de entrar (cuando entré durante un mes tenía que encender y apagar la alarma de la comunidad cada vez que entraba y salía) no había internet en toda la comunidad y tuve que encargarme yo de poner la instalación de fibra para toda la comunidad. Posteriormente me pidieron si un técnico del ayuntamiento podría entrar en mi piso para hacer una revisión porque no tenían luz para todos los pisos (a lo que les dije que sin problema, aún que fuera durante mi horario laboral y yo no estuviera en el piso, total que entraron sin que yo estuviera). Después estuvieron 6 meses sin limpiar ni un día la comunidad hasta que una vecina se quejó, a partir de ahí empezaron con la limpieza. Cuando deje el piso a mitades de mes, lo comuniqué con 1 mes de antelación y me dijeron que sin problema, en cambio me cobraron todo el mes y nunca me han querido devolver los 15 días esos donde yo ya no estaba en el piso (de hecho estaba vacío). Total que después de hacer todos los "favores" (convivir con la alarma un mes, gestionar la instalación de fibra, dejar entrar a un técnico del ayuntamiento dentro de mi vivienda sin que yo estuviera y aceptar que no viniera nadie a limpiar durante 6 meses) no me quieren devolver la mitad del mes, cuando yo deje el piso el día 15 de dicho mes. En resumen... no trabajasteis con esta inmobiliaria...

Negative experience: Realicé hace dos semanas una visita a un piso con esta inmobiliaria. La visita estuvo bastante bien pero luego a la hora de contactar y realizar trámites es un completo desastre. Tardé una semana en que me contestarán y al final envíe la documentación. Después de enviar varios mails, mensajes de whatsapp y realizar llamadas, a día de hoy sigo esperando una respuesta sobre la disponibilidad del piso que visité. Me parece una empresa poco profesional.
