Negative experience: That Machetti is a disgrace. He kept all the money I had lent him. He never shows his face, he is a coward. I have a ruling in my favor for over 100,000 euros. He is pure false and treacherous facade. Be very very careful and do not even think about making any financial transaction with him and 'his' companies. You will never recover your money.

Negative experience: The real estate agency MGI at the Palma de Mallorca branch owes my relative an amount of over €10,000 after the sale of our property in July. We are in mid-October and they still haven't returned the money, and unfortunately, we are having to resort to legal means to recover it. I don't know how the Barcelona branch is, but I suspect from their website that the team is the same, and if this office is related to Mr. Machetti in Mallorca, I wouldn't recommend this real estate agency. I am just sharing my experience as an affected person so that no one else gets deceived, and from there everyone is free to draw their own conclusions. For those interested, I would recommend researching other opinions and online reviews before choosing this real estate agency.
