Negative experience: Mrs. Rosa showed us a couple of apartments to buy and I didn't like at all that she deceived us about having made higher offers, which was false. With the last apartment, she called me a week later and told me to make an offer for X amount (below the offer they already had in theory..) that’s why I know she lied to me several times. She puts a lot of pressure and stress on such a serious matter... she instills a lot of fear. She lied to us saying that an apartment had the electricity done and the ITE passed, which was a lie. This means that just doing the electricity costs thousands of euros... she only shows you the 'nice and good' but if it takes lying, she will do it. I caught her several times... Moreover, her manners are not very proper, if you say something she doesn't like, she responds badly and gets angry. She goes straight to the point. Be very careful!!! If I didn't buy with this real estate agency, it was because of them...

Negative experience: Very careful pirates. Bad people is what they are, wanting to take advantage of my father's death for their benefit in selling the house. They claim there is a supposed contract that my father signed, of which I have no copy and they do not provide to sell the house to whoever they want at the price they want. This without taking into account that they tried to push a deposit contract on me as if it were a waiver. Really, do not go to that office because they are liars. By the way, a 5% commission when everyone works at 3% is nothing short of robbery. Stay healthy because you will not sell the house, crooks!

Negative experience: The sales representative who is supposed to show the apartments only speaks to you in Catalan; if you speak Spanish, it bothers her. She interrogates you about where you're from or directly assumes you're not from here when you are. It's something incredible and out of place. Besides not responding to you anymore to show the apartment you are interested in, this demonstrates the lack of professionalism of this person. Horrible treatment; you should let this person go, as there are surely many others who are more qualified.

Negative experience: This started in 2019 and continues to this day. Year 2019. The manager named Carlos has kept our deposit while denying us the mortgage. He wants to wait to sell the house to return the money that belongs to us, he does not keep his word, he has kept the money without any right. Outrageous. As of today, July 2023. The house has been sold and he still hasn't returned our deposit. They have been reported, specifically Carlos the manager. It is a shame that people steal this way. After years have passed and we see how that house we wanted to buy has already been sold because people live there, he has not wanted to return the money that by law is ours. Surely he has kept it for himself. On July 5, 2023. After a few days of having written this last thing, I received a response from the real estate agency answering this review where everything it says is a lie. They claimed we had in writing that those 500 euros were a reservation fee we were made to pay via transfer to be able to see the house. If we were interested in the house and we were always in contact even when they denied us the mortgage, it was they who stopped answering our calls. As soon as the bank sent us a letter by mail to inform the real estate agency that they did not grant us the mortgage, they had to return the money and the manager Carlos's response was that he would not return it until the house was sold. We have screenshots of all conversations and voice recordings of all calls we had, because we WERE interested in buying it but the bank denied us the mortgage. At no time did we say we did not want it. We still have the phone number of the man who showed us the house. Everyone will be able to see how you are. We just want our money back after more than 3 years. By the way, I also want to let people who read the reviews know that the house we wanted to buy belonged to friends/family of manager Carlos. That's why this gentleman was so involved and told us that until it was sold, our money would not be returned (they made us pay 500€ as a reservation just to see the house because they were coming from Badalona and the house was in Massanet de la Selva residential park). We have these words in writing from manager Carlos himself from his phone number. But I can't post it because it’s a screenshot, but I will make it public, as I will find a way to post it, just like the letter that denies us the mortgage for which they owe us the money they have kept. And the contract that they claim does not exist. I do not lie. They do, for their own interest.

Negative experience: Honestly, I wouldn't pay what they charged me for the management they did. I can manage uploading some photos to websites and showing the property myself. The person in charge of the management knew nothing about the apartment (even though I provided them with all the information from the beginning). Later, I found out that for better managements, they charge much less. Once they received their money, they distanced themselves from everything. I had to manage everything with the buyer myself. I do not recommend them at all. Keep searching a little more, as you can get better advice for less money.

Negative experience: I give them one star because they managed to sell my apartment, obviously at a price much lower than what it was appraised and agreed upon at the beginning; at that price anyone would have sold it in the end. Julio has been a close and very kind person at all times, hence the second star, but everything else was quite disastrous. The other salesperson, Sara, I did not like the treatment she ended up giving me, nor her lies to convince me of things that I knew firsthand. There is a limit to wanting to sell you a motorcycle, and although you are the one paying, it seems that the customer is the buyer and not the seller; at least in my case, they made me feel that way. With the large amount of commission they take, they do not make the sales process very easy for you. There is very poor organization; you have to send documents repeatedly, they make mistakes in contracts, in data... everything needs to be checked. They also tell you that they handle all the paperwork for changing the name on utility bills, another lie, unless giving my bills to the buyer counts as doing paperwork. They did not let me cancel the utilities, which was a favor for the buyer, not for me, as I had to pay bills for a closed apartment. Moreover, after the sale I am the one who has to be talking to the new owner and begging them to make the name change because they continue to send the bills to my name and account. It is the buyer who contacts me directly to ask me everything about the apartment because apparently the real estate agency did not explain to him. So when they tell you that they handle everything, doubt that because it is not true.
