Negative experience: Había leído MUCHOS comentarios negativos sobre tecnocasa pero decidí darles una oportunidad ya que el piso que nos gustó lo tenían ellos, sin embargo todo lo malo que leí resultó ser verdad. Primero, el valor del piso no es el publicado, ya que al comprador le cobran un 3% de comisión, que debe poner de su bolsillo, y de esto uno se entera al realizar la visita. Nosotros estamos cerca pero en el caso de que alguien tenga que viajar de lejos y se entere que tiene que poner 7000 mil euros de más, me parece muy poco profesional y transparente. Luego por llevarse 200 euros más de comisión a la gran suma que se llevan no te negocian el precio del piso. A ellos no les cambia sin embargo al comprador si le hace una gran diferencia. Así y todo el piso al valor publicado más su comisión nos servía y habíamos quedado para firmar la reserva, pero la sorpresa más grande fue ahí. La política de tecnocasa es que si la hipoteca no sale SE QUEDAN con las arras. Increíble. Alegan que es el propietario quien puso esa condición sin embargo luego hablando de otro piso se pisan solos y te dicen que es su politica. Muy poco transparentes en todo. No vuelvo a ver otro piso con ellos, todo esto es muy poco profesional ya que ni siquiera se ponían de acuerdo en que el piso era una herencia de 2 hermanos que luego pasan a ser 4 hermanos, que ya casi lo tenían reservado y te apuran con eso para luego quitar de repente la publicación alegando que uno de los 5 hermanos (ahora son 5) se arrepintió y no lo quieren vender. No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede pero tengan mucho cuidado, hay mucha letra chica, y poca transparencia. MUCHO CUIDADO con estos que rosan la estafa.
