And I say this because of a couple of comments I have read with which I couldn’t disagree more. I have required their services twice already, and I assume it won't be the last. The first time was for renting an apartment that they later sold to me. The profile of the tenant couldn't have been better. They always fulfilled and left the apartment in excellent condition. Of all the real estate agencies I've worked with, this one is undoubtedly the best. When I decided to sell the apartment, I went to them. Yesterday the sale was finalized. Despite the multiple problems that arose from one of the property owners, they had no complaints and were always patient and cooperative. One must appreciate the work of the people. A real estate agency that invests time, personnel, and resources cannot work for free. And if they start a job, I believe it's fair that they finish it. We must be honest and find a balance. I apply this to all areas of my life. For that reason, I couldn't be more satisfied with their work, and I'm sure the buyer feels the same. They looked after the interests of both parties, which is fair.

Negative experience: I am not happy at all with the attention received from the man responsible for showing the apartment for rent. He tries to place any tenant even though he knows they won't be able to pay the rent in the long run, but since he will have already received his commission + VAT, he doesn't care. And on top of that, if you don't take the monthly maintenance of €50 to be paid to them, they won't even take the contract to the Housing Chamber to register the contract and deposit the security (which is their obligation, since they charged €1300-1400). Bad. Unprofessional. The lady was the only one who was nice and suffered due to the man's poor attention. Better not to go.
Good afternoon Esther. Our obligation is to look out for both the owner and the tenant. If the debt ratio is correct, we support it; if it is not or is just at the threshold, we pass the decision to the property, which can then take out insurance as a guarantee for payment. We submit all contracts to the property chamber, whether they are managed or not, unless the property prefers to handle it themselves.
Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. Antonio threatens clients to obtain the full commission when they haven't even sold the apartment. He demands a 5% commission when the exclusivity contract states that when the client sells the apartment privately on their own, they will only pay half the commission - 50% upon formalization of the deposit contract and the other 50% upon signing the sale contract. He allowed a client to end up in the emergency room twice with anxiety attacks after his threats, taking advantage of her vulnerability. He prevented her from selling the apartment on her own when she was about to sign the deposit contract with the buyer. He demanded the total commission payment before signing the deposit contract, just because she told him that she had sold it by herself at a lower price than the listed price in the contract. I have proof of everything I am stating here, as it is in the WhatsApp conversations of the apartment owner and the interested buyer. This real estate agency should be shut down for malpractice; they cannot threaten clients with reporting them if they do not do what they want just to take a bigger commission. The client has every right to sell the apartment on their own. The person who wanted the apartment lost it because of this man, as he maliciously intervened in this transaction. Do not go to this real estate agency; they are liars and manipulators.

Negative experience: I stopped by Alfa Badalona to look for apartments for rent. When I first got there I used Google translate to talk with this lady. She seemed to be super rude and I couldn’t tell if it was just the language barrier. She told me basically all her clients only want to rent to locals that can prove income locally. Which is totally understand if that is the case. It is a bit odd since all others owners we have talked to said it didn’t matter as long as the deposit requirements are met. My friend joined me there a few minutes after. She speaks fluent Spanish and I just wanted her to confirm with that I had understood correctly the locals only policy. She talked with her and once we left, I could she was shaking her head in disbelief. I asked if it was because she was extremely rude. She replied, “Yes! Extremely rude which is surprising because else I have worked with here has be extremely nice.” It this lady is working that day I would come back the next. She clearly does not care for the customer or the business she works for and wants to take her lack of career fulfillment out on people that come into the office.

Un servicio de opiniones en Internet, que a todas luces es beneficioso para todos ya que valora la profesionalidad, la atención y el servicio de las empresas con los clientes es utilizado, a veces, como una herramienta de agresión y chantaje.El pasado día 9 de Septiembre del corriente se personó en nuestras oficinas el señor que en Google Maps se llama Hunter Code para preguntar por inmuebles en alquiler queriendo pagar en efectivo una cantidad que la legislación española no admite por su legislación para la represión del blanqueo de capitales. Se le informó de los diferentes mecanismos que se podrían adoptar para la operación, pero tal vez por las barreras idiomáticas no quiso o pudo entenderlas comenzando a enfadarse con nuestro personal de oficina.Es preciso entender que, como profesionales respetuosos con nuestra legislación, no podemos realizar las operaciones al libre albedrío de los clientes sino como las leyes nos obligan.La discusión subió de tono y esta persona se permitió la libertad de tomar fotografías en un espacio privado – nuestras oficinas- de una persona sin su consentimiento expreso. Amenazando además con hacernos una mala crítica en Google Maps.Al día siguiente nos encontramos con una crítica, totalmente infundada y con la publicación de una fotografía tomada sin permiso, en un sitio privado y sin consentimiento de una persona no pública. Lo que es un delito en este país.Por eso les solicitamos que retiren la publicación de esta reseña, fotografía y textos, que, además de estar incumpliendo nuestra legislación, atenta a la verdad y causa un manifiesto e injusto perjuicio a nuestra empresa.Siguiendo los comentarios de esta persona podrán comprobar que siempre actúa de igual manera, valiéndose de su herramienta para sus venganzas personales.A su disposición para cualquier aclaración,Antonio EscuderoAlfa Badalona Centromar, tlf: 93 397 59 65
Negative experience: I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m fed up with Alfa Badalona. Every time I have called about a listing, the apartments “for rent” are not represented accurately. Today, for example. I called about a new listing for rent. I was told I could see it. I asked if I could rent it unfurnished. He said, oh it’s not for rent. It’s only for sale. But it is still listed as a rental property on varios sites. And who sells a furnished apartment? In past occasions I can called about several properties that were bo longer in the market, yet they continued to list them. When I would call about them, they would do a bait and switch to try to show me other, less desirable properties. Once, I was shown a “four bedroom” but the fourth “bedroom” was really a landing between two staircases. I am tired of wasting my time calling about listings from Alfa Badalona. We have helped several people relocate here, but our experience with Alfa is always the poor. I generally avoid their listings. Today I thought I’d give them another chance. Don’t waste your time. If you see a listing for a nice property, it’s probably too good to be true.
Sobre sus comentarios, le voy a aclarar todos ellos:Puedo garantizar que todos los inmuebles que aparecen publicados por nosotros, están visibles con todas las especificaciones y garantías, con o sin muebles, puede ser que las fotografías aparezcan como estaban habitados, con muebles, pero siempre se define como se alquilan o venden.Nuestros clientes, avalan nuestra forma de trabajar, si no lo tenemos no lo ponemos, “NO TENEMOS NINGÚN CEBO” como dice usted. Supongo que se confundirá de empresa. Nuestra red Nacional repasa continuamente que nuestra información sea correcta para evitar cualquier tipo de daño y confusiones.No tenemos referencia de ningún contacto ni visita con usted.¡Supongo se habrá confundido, de empresa!Según su último comentario, parece ser que usted es un intermediario, que realmente, no hace bien su trabajo.Nosotros no especulamos con las propiedades de nuestros clientes, pero entendemos que hay personas que lo único que pretenden “Especular” y pretender dañar la imagen de otras personas o empresas, ¡Gratuitamente!.
Negative experience: Yo no me fiaría de los que regentan dicha inmobiliaria. Practican la usura. Al entregar las llaves del piso de alquiler ,el gerente de dicha inmobiliaria comprobó que había cinco bombillas fundidas ...no me informó de su presupuesto o tarifa , por lo que me cobró casi doscientos euros... Un abuso. Con eso ya está dicho todo Saquen sus conclusiones
Buenas tardes Sra Valentina.Parece Mentira que después de tantos favores que nos ha pedido, nos ponga semejante reseña.Como Usted bien sabe tiene que reconocer como toda persona de bien, Usted recibió el piso limpio recién pintado y con toda la iluminación en pleno funcionamiento. No fue el mismo estado en que lo devolvió. La ley le admite un desgaste por uso ordinario, pero no el que entregue el piso sin bombillas. Tiene usted la factura con su iva y con los costos reales para consultarlo con quien usted quiera.Insisto no me esperaba eso de usted.

Negative experience: Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala. Os recomendaría que hagáis fotos al detalle del estado del piso para evitar que en el momento de finalizar el alquiler se os atribuyan unos daños al piso previos a vuestra llegada.
Como bien sabéis, tenemos fotografías de la entrada y salida a vuestra disposición, en las que claramente aparece el Vinilo que habéis dejado en el dormitorio de matrimonio (código de barras) y que la propiedad tendrá que retirar con el daño ocasionado por la cola a la pared, teniendo que repararla. Tambien la podrian haber retirado vosotros y dejarla como estaba cuando entrasteis y ningun problema.
