Negative experience: Not very serious.. all about selling.. we agreed with them on some irregularities regarding the sale of a flat with debts and they completely ignored it. Even though we had agreed with the community on the debts associated with the flat, they sold the property without attaching the debt certificate.. they even told us that they would negotiate a fixed price with the buyer from the sale of the flat that would be paid to the community and they deceived us; they only wanted to sell and collect, and their words and the certificate are worth nothing..

Negative experience: I don’t find it serious that they publish an initial price and when you arrive at the office, you sign a document in which they inform you that you have to add an additional 3% to the price plus 21% VAT. Then, if you have questions about the apartment, they don't know how to respond; I think they are very inexperienced. In my opinion, it's misleading advertising. I'm sorry, but I do not recommend it.

Se han encargado de todo, absolutamente todo, desde que firme con ellos, hasta finalizar la venta del piso. Encontraron compradores muy rápido y conseguí vender mi casa en menos tiempo del que esperaba. Ojalá más profesionales así, y sin duda, volveré a contratar sus servicios.

Positive experience: Las fotos de la vivienda visitada y la información facilitada era excesivamente optimista e interesante, era a reformar completamente pero lo daban por entendido publicando "a actualizar" que obviamente significa otra cosa, llaman terraza a un estrecho patio casi interior (entre edificios), ... Dando la información correcta muchos no iríamos. Luego para acceder a la visita has de facilitar hasta tu DNI y firmar un contrato de exclusividad, acabada la visita solicitud por escrito que borrarán mis datos según prevee la LOPD pero la misma noche del día que me dijeron hacerlo, me llamaron de su empresa para ofrecerme financiación, volví a solicitarlo y parece ser que esta vez sí. Leed bien los anuncios sobre todo la parte económica que del mismo modo tal como lo anuncian al menos en Habitaclia.Edito tas respuesta: mi experiencia es sobre la política de empresa, los trabajadores en todo momento dieron un trato muy correcto y atento, tanto en la visita como en la atención telefónica.

Negative experience: NO FIABLES ... Después de llegar el sábado a un acuerdo del precio del piso y quedar con ellos el lunes para ir a formalizarlo, al llegar el día nos dicen que lo habían reservado otros el día de antes al mismo precio y que si lo queríamos nosotros teníamos que ofrecer 10 mil euros más por el.

Fantastic experience: Me han vendido mi piso y han sido muy profesionales y muy correctos. De hecho, la casa de un amigo también la tienen en venta.

Negative experience: Doy una estrella para poder escribir mi reseña...Entre otras muchas cosas, lo primero a destacar es que se trata de personas muy poco profesionales, con minima experiencia. Insisten en ir antes a la oficina, te hacen firmar un documento del que nombran principalmente la RGPD, sin embargo lo que les interesa es avisarte, previa firma, que te van a cobrar a ti por venderte el piso de otro. Te citan a una hora, aparecen tarde, entrando con otra visita con la que te cruzas en el portal creando situacion violenta y tensa. Y lo mas destacable, le cobran un 3% sobre el precio de venta al comprador. Aprovechan así, el vacio legal que les facilita el Sistema, cargando sobre el comprador un importe por un servicio para el cual el comprador no ha tenido ningun tipo de elección. Si tu como vendedor eliges a TECNOCASA Badalona para que venda tu piso...¿qué tienes tu qué grabarle al comprador? Lo dicho, no es ilegal, es una práctica alegal de la que se benefiacin mientras puedan. Conmigo que no cuenten.

Fantastic experience: Empezamos una operación de compra que se complicó desde el principio por problemas con la escritura, metros del catastro, tasación, concesión de hipoteca y un sin fin más.
