Negative experience: Very unprofessional, very poor management. I wrote to them two months ago about an apartment we are interested in. We are a client who has already worked with other offices of Casa Agency and everything went well. Poor follow-up from the salesperson, I have to constantly chase after them, they do not take any action regarding it. Any other agency we have worked with is much more agile. They justify several times that they do not have the documents I requested, while any other agency would have it easily. For me, what has bothered me the most is that I have had to chase them for two months without ever receiving a response or proactive communication. I understand that they may not have some documentation, but what has bothered me the most is their way of working and their lack of professionalism. Little professional training.

Negative experience: On March 5th, my partner purchased a property with them, the sales representative who attended us was Melissa Mazza, and today as I am making arrangements to change the utilities, we found out that the water has been terminated. It turns out there is a debt of 3,000 euros and now to reactivate the supply, I logically have to pay everything that the water company asks for, from the meter to who knows what surprises there may be. But the best part is that they terminated the water 7 days after signing the deposit. I am requesting the electricity bill and they still haven’t given it to me. I don’t know if there is also a debt, and I don’t know which electricity company is linked to the meter. Moreover, they deceived us because they sent me and my partner a draft of the deposit at the time stating that all utilities were active. Even my partner printed this draft to read it carefully, and it turns out that when he signed, they changed the model of the deposit and didn’t communicate that to either him or me since even though I didn’t sign, I was the one negotiating. They are liars, scammers, thieves, and we are going to report them.

Negative experience: Last month we sold a flat through the agency LA CASA REAL STATES LLEFIA. I would like to highlight the disrespect, falsehood, deceit, concealment of information, and lack of sentimental respect on the part of Mariano, who kept us deceived for 6 months, pressured with threats and harassment that I still have stored on my phone, as if we were nobody, often saying that deposits were being signed without involving us, especially when we were outside Catalonia for forced reasons, all to collect digital signatures and impose months of exclusivity on us under false pretenses regarding the deposits and money for reservations. Thanks to the security cameras, we have been able to see and hear on many occasions how he also deceived buyers by telling them the price and then applying exaggerated commission amounts or lying to them, saying that the owner requested more money so that they would reject it, all because he was fixated on a specific person who caused many problems even for the community for demanding that the ITE be passed forcefully before buying and wanted to keep the flat for himself. We do not know what kind of deal he had with this person to be so fixated, but the fact is that we spent 6 months in great distress with the sale of the flat. We had no right to set a price or say anything; he only considered the buyer's demands, even when we signed, he told us 'I already have what I needed from you, and I will not reject this buyer.' He made us sign the deposit on the last day of the contract, playing with silence; we proposed to give him his commission in exchange for allowing us to withdraw, and he said no. Even more, when we went to the notary, it turned out that the deeds were for another person. Property owners, be very careful when putting your properties for sale with this agency, and do not sign exclusivity, or you will be lost, especially with Mariano, who will lie and deceive you from start to finish because they only look out for the buyer's interests, and once exclusivity is signed, the owner has no rights, only to endure whatever is put in front of them. This is their strategy, and it is very unfortunate to feel so powerless over a property that belongs to you and not be able to do or decide anything; it is like having signed a sentence to have no rights over something that is yours. I give one star just to be able to leave this review, but they do not deserve anything.
