This is a scam, very unprofessional on their part. And now they are washing their hands of it because they say it wasn’t mandatory to inform me, when now I can’t carry out renovations, register myself, or live in my apartment, and I have to spend a fortune to reinforce the entire building that could collapse at any moment!!!!! If they had told me earlier, I wouldn’t have bought it; they clearly wanted to sell it no matter what, but they really messed me up. I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: I was sold an apartment classified as 'ruin' by the town hall, without being informed beforehand. Only when I wanted to register did they tell me that I couldn't live there either. Fincas Vázquez are shameless, they want to sell without knowing what they are selling.
