Fantastic experience: Close treatment, great professionalism. This is the most serious agency I have seen in the province of Barcelona, without a doubt. They rented my apartment very quickly and chose good tenants, they make an effort to highlight the ad daily, which generates many more visits. What has impressed me the most is that they create plans, videos, and professional photos as well as process energy certificates, licenses, etc. Thanks to Katherin, their Director, impeccable treatment and management. Without a doubt, she deserves this review.
Negative experience: We wanted to visit an apartment that they had advertised. To our surprise, they made us fill out a 'visit report' with all our data (name and surname, address, ID number..)..and reading the questionnaire, it also stated that in case we decided to buy the apartment, we would have to pay them 2 percent plus 21 percent VAT..to which we did not agree as we believe this is abusive on the part of the agency since they should also charge a percentage to the seller of this apartment.

Negative experience: I do not recommend buying or selling with Tecnocasa, they charge both the buyer and the seller, 3% each, with this amount, the purchase of a house becomes very expensive.

Negative experience: Unos ladrones. De cada venta le cobran al comprador y al vendedor un 3'1% de comisión. Del precio total de la vivienda! Una estafa y un abuso.

Negative experience: Hemos tenido una horrible experiencia con ellos, no los recomendaría jamás Tras estar interesados en un piso, dimos las arras y hasta aquí Sam (el vendedor del piso) súper amable y atento, pero a la que pagamos las arras y firmamos se desentendió totalmente del asunto (dejó de contestarnos a los mensajes, no nos informaba de nada, incluso nos llegó a mentir diciendo que todos los problemas que estaban ocurriendo era culpa de la parte vendedora. Más tarde nos dimos cuenta que a la parte vendedora les decía lo contrario, que era nuestra culpa que no nos concedían la hipoteca) Además, el contrato de arras que firmamos, ponía que nosotros estábamos obligados a comprar sí o sí. incluso si la parte vendedora se echaba para atrás, RENUNCIÁBAMOS a que nos devolvieran el doble de las arras entregadas. Todo esto, claro, maquillándolo mientras te leían el contrato por encima (luego él, cómo no, desmentía todo esto). A todo esto, nos aseguraron que si pagábamos las arras en ese momento "nos sacaban la hipoteca al 0.9% seguro al 99%". Spoiler, nos la acabaron concediendo al 2.73% El tema de la tasación también era 99% seguro que iban a tasar el piso por encima del precio, "por eso no os preocupéis". Por sorpresa nuestra, tuvimos que pagar 5000 euros más ya que la tasación dio por debajo Cuando solicitamos hablar con la responsable de la agencia, nos echó en cara que "ellos no obligan a nadie a firmar el contrato", que tendríamos que haber sabido qué estábamos firmando (además de todo esto de llevarse una comisión no pequeña, 10000 euros para ser exactos SOLO DE NUESTRA PARTE, son de las únicas agencias que cobran al que compra) Todo era problema tras problema, hasta que un día nos enteramos que no nos podían conceder la hipoteca con el interés que nos habían prometido porque, a la maravillosa agencia, se le había olvidado presentar un papel que ERA RESPONSABILIDAD SUYA. Cómo no, decían que la culpa era de la parte que vendía por no tener ese papel. El resultado fue que nos ha subido la hipoteca 130 euros cada mes por culpa del dichoso papel por la subida de intereses A todo esto, tuvimos que hacer una ampliación del contrato de arras. Gracias a la parte vendedora que no se echó atrás no perdimos TODO nuestro dinero, porque si hubiera sido por ellos seguro que hubiera acabado peor Por otro lado, nosotros contratamos el servicio de un brocker (Edu) que gestionara todo el tema de la hipoteca. Edu, a diferencia de Sam, sí que nos contestaba a los mensajes y estaba muy atento en todo nuestro proceso. Únicamente podemos reprocharle la seguridad que siempre nos daba en todo y al final, no salía como nos había prometido y que nos podía haber explicado con más detalle el contrato de arras que nosotros llegamos a firmar (todas las trampas que había en el contrato). Por lo demás hizo bastante trabajo por nosotros y nos informaba de todo Hasta el día de la firma de compraventa hubieron problemas. Pues bien, LLEGARON 30 MIN TARDE a la fecha de firma y, por culpa otra vez de Sam, no pudimos firmar ese día, ya que tenía que haber avisado al notario sobre un aspecto que no se le informó... Finalmente conseguimos nuestro piso con muchisimos problemas de por medio, engañaduras y tomaduras de pelo NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
