Negative experience: Está inmobiliaria trabaja con servihabitat donde nosotros queríamos comprar un piso en La linea de la concepción. Pues bien cuando te la enseñan todo es fantástico rápido y bonito. Pero cuando hay problemas por parte del vendedor te quedas sin tu fianza. La vivienda tenia cargas comunitarias de unos 7.000€ aproximadamente y no se quería hacer cargo el banco, también no tenia la documentación para poder realizar la compraventa tardaron en conseguirla un mes y medio. La encargada de la operación (Juana) abandono la operación perdiendo nuestra fianza. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria a no ser que te quieras arruinar en tus próximos 30 años. Ojito al contrato de arras que te hacen firmar que pierdes todos los derechos como comprador.
