After going through a real inspection just to access an apartment that was advertised for rent, after speaking with my landlord and almost starting to move in, the lady from the real estate company calls me and says, 'Oops, you are without a home...' Apparently, a family member of someone needed it... I mean, you give them €50 in cash and they disregard principles completely. Beware.
