Negative experience: Horrible! They do not respect the new housing law and ask for extra months as a commission for the real estate agency. Money thrown away because they don’t return it to you. And on top of that, they have a lady in the office who doesn’t know how to remove ads from the web portals. You start looking for an apartment and they have 50 ads and all of them are already rented! It is impossible to find an apartment because of these people who leave the ads up for months and do not take them down. And what’s worse, they manipulate the addresses of the houses so that an apartment in the outskirts appears in the city center. And when you say something, they tell you that they pay to publish the ads and that’s why they don’t take them down... As if we were fools. Seriously, do not contact this real estate agency because you will only waste your time. In fact, the city itself should do something about these people who take advantage of people's needs.

Positive experience: Re-edited and I am re-editing 3/6/2024: I was never called back. So it’s up to you. Luckily, I found an apartment on my own because if after all this time (10 months) they haven’t found anything, that’s not good. Today they contacted me by phone and took my information to try to help me find an apartment. They should update the listings they have on the platforms and remove those that are no longer available to save interested parties the hassle of searching where there is nothing. This is a recommendation, not a complaint, just so it’s clear.

I arrived at the Real Estate agency and there are no apartments for rent from those published. All a lie. Clearly, it is misleading advertising. I do not recommend it.

They have 336 apartments for rent in ALGECIRAS on the Idealista website, and many have been updated a couple of days ago. I am offering them €2,200 a month for rent, and they say they have NOTHING available; if I were the owner of any of those apartments, I would be a little upset. Almost all the rental apartments in Algeciras that you find on the pages are held by this real estate agency. When you call them, they say they have no apartments available at the moment. We have even offered them three times the price, and nothing, they have nothing. It seems to me that what they lack is a willingness to work.

Fantastic experience: I recommend it 100%. I needed an apartment for immediate incorporation into a job, so I contacted several real estate agencies because I'm from outside the province. Eylen got in touch with me quickly to see what I was looking for, and it wasn't easy: a limited budget (only one salary), a good area, and the most difficult part was finding a place that accepted dogs, plus it was a very bad time of the year. In less than two hours, I had a perfect apartment for me. Negative experience: Since November 2023, we're now in May 2024, they contacted me twice because I responded to their ads, and you know my surprise, they have no available rental apartments, and they have all of Algeciras in apartments... the ad is old, we cannot remove it because they are paid ads, and excuse after excuse since December, are they going to tell me that they haven't rented any new houses or apartments? I have been waiting since December. The best part is that they say, 'If we take your details, we will notify you when one comes up.' Since December, none has come up? Oh my God... there are no apartments, coincidentally, none since December, but the ads have been edited 18 minutes ago and 2 hours ago, but there are no available apartments, and I called as many times as I could; voicemail has very little humanity. For me, this real estate agency is 0. Honestly, it has left much to be desired. For those who rented the house, it happened that I called at that moment, and I had it because it is not normal. They say, 'Give us your details; we'll call you when a house comes up.' Do you know what happens when they do that? They see your number and never call you again. At least this is my experience with this agency; they have no houses or apartments, but they take your call and never call you again.

Negative experience: I gave up on browsing ads from this real estate agency. If they have 100 ads published, when you call, there are only two or three left. I wish they would add filters by real estate companies. The service is friendly, but it’s still a hassle how they manage the ads, it’s a pity. (Looking at previous reviews, I see they usually respond about the features we ask for or that the rules are set by the owners. In my case, if I call to rent an apartment with pets, it’s because they allow pets, don’t twist the facts; there are many ads and very few really available.)

Negative experience: I have been told that I am charged a monthly fee as a fee for a long-term residential rental, which is illegal since the new rental law came out as tenants do not have to pay anything; it is the landlord's responsibility. This real estate agency has gone from charging half a monthly rent in fees to charging a full month! I can't respond, so I'm editing this. The person who took my call on 7/2/24 around 10 AM told me that you charged a monthly fee because 'there wasn't much rental availability and to guarantee the best service.' I just called again (34/3/24) and you told me the same thing again that you charge me a month's fees.
