Additionally, they delivered the apartment with a dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen utensils, cutlery that clearly hadn't been washed. They try to charge you for everything and blame it on the landlord. They deceived me by saying that if a sofa bed, which was going to be used as a bed, was uncomfortable, it would be changed, and then they told me no, I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. You return the apartment in better condition than they give it to you, and they still want to charge you for damages that the apartment already had. I find it disgraceful that after paying for an apartment for 9 months, they charge me €20 for a toilet seat that they gave me broken. They are very cheap and impose conditions for returning the apartment that they do not comply with when they deliver it to you.

The owner wants to remodel the apartment at my expense, and when I spoke with my lawyer to take the case, the real estate agency backed out.
