Negative experience: I wouldn't give a lower rating because it's not possible. Today I met with the real estate advisor Fernando to see a studio, I was the first person to see it. I told him I wanted it and he told me to go to the office. When I arrived, they had taken the apartment away and another person was signing for it. It turns out this is like the Hunger Games; you have to run so that someone else doesn’t take it from you even though you had given your word that you wanted it. I don't understand why this man sends me to his office and tells me to prepare the three pay slips, and when I arrive, they give it to someone else, what a bunch of scoundrels!

Negative experience: I bought a house with Carlos Sánchez and he hid from us that the land was NOT included. A deposit contract was signed, and based on that, now I have to deal with lawyers to sue them as soon as the value of the land price comes out.

Negative experience: I was going to buy a property at a price on Cartagena Street, 108, in Madrid with the advisor Rubén Elices. After asking him several times for the simple note, community expenses, IBI..., he tells me that the price goes up and that he asks me for €10,000 in cash because the owner wants it that way and that he wants to do it behind Remax Jumbo, so he can take more. After certain inquiries, I contact the owner directly and she tells me that it is a lie, that it will be for the advisor and thus have double commission, one from the property and another from my side. Since then, I have been waiting to make a deposit and I see that it is listed for rent and already has another holder. A scammer and a pirate who does a lot of damage to the real estate sector and to his brand. If they want to gather information, I have all the conversations and recorded audios.

Unfortunately, we signed a month later because we were missing some documents, but thanks to the legal team they have (which is a gem!!!) they solved one paperwork issue after another for us. Always attentive, very good communication, and I only have good words.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, we were going to buy an apartment in Villalba, we went for a second visit, and after seeing the apartment they told us they would no longer accept the price because there was an offer. We offered the sale price without discounts, they gave us the cadastral information stating it was a duplex apartment of 100 or more square meters, but it turns out that on the day we were to make the deposit, they had to send us the simple note, but they told me if I wanted to make the transfer before seeing the note, 'to get ahead.' I said it was better to receive the information first. They sent us the simple note and it stated that the upper part, almost half of the total, was not legalized as a dwelling, but as an attached storage room. I found the way the sales agent acted to be very unreliable. The worst real estate experience we have ever had.

They tell you that they treat you preferentially and charge little, and once they charge a fortune, they forget about you, leaving the tasks unfinished. I have several processes in the hands of my lawyer. I do not recommend contacting them for the above reason and also because their ignorance of applicable law regarding both sales and rentals is outdated. I had to redo the rental contract myself, and regarding the sale, they have left me with a serious problem on my shoulders. Terrible professionals as well as lacking in sincerity. A nightmare. Do not hire them. After all, who would trust a company where the owner gives himself 5 stars on Google?

Negative experience: Nos vendió la casa Maca Álvarez el año pasado. Y desde el momento de la venta, hemos ido descubriendo sorpresas negativas que no nos dijo con mala fe, así como una derrama aprobada sin que nos lo hubiera dicho. Un 0 como profesional.

Negative experience: Feedback: Se ha tenido que llamar varias veces después de mandar la documentación para saber la respuesta del dueño del piso. Cuando el arrendador no está interesado en alquilar el piso, no se pone en contacto con los interesados la “empleada del mes”. Habría que reconsiderar ese “gran” nombramiento. Se debe ser profesional hasta el final sea cual sea la respuesta.

Negative experience: Poca profesionalidad! Cuando mandas peticiones por los portales inmobiliarios no te contactan! Y al contactarles por teléfono nunca saben nada! Dicen que te añaden a la bolsa de clientes y en la vida te contactan! Y encima se saltan la ley de protección de datos por alto! Nada de profesionalidad. Además de mentirosos engañan a los clientes! Publican anuncios que no tienen en cartera!
