Negative experience: Little seriousness and zero reliability. At least their employee Ana, who deceived us with false promises, keeping us uninformed, I suppose as a plan B, just in case. After committing (verbally, of course, as we know how much that is worth today) and after almost 2 ridiculous weeks with her playing cat and mouse with our calls and WhatsApp messages asking for information and what the situation was with no response, well done with evasions or postponing responses that never came. She did not even have the decency to inform us that she had already executed the operation elsewhere when she committed to inform us of any news, of course haha. After calling other agency numbers and insisting, her ridiculous and childish excuses finally were: 'oh, I didn't know... oh, I thought that... oh, I went on vacation for a few days'. In short, no one has ever played with me like this in any business that requires a minimum of seriousness. We were young, inexperienced, and foolish I suppose; let everyone be aware of what it's like to do business with this real estate agency or at least with this person, if she is still working here.

Negative experience: A real estate agency that knows how to sell and present themselves as great professionals, but when it comes to the visits, the person they send to show your house has no idea about the layout and features, they are incompetent and tie you down by telling you that your house is worth more than it actually is, and when they have the exclusive signed, they call you insistently to lower the price in less than a week. They are very basic, a lot of blah blah blah and nothing concrete, they always have some excuse to justify their lack of professionalism and dedication. I have worked with other real estate agencies and this one is undoubtedly the worst of the worst. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Pretenden cobrarte 5000€ + IVA (la parte del IVA se la sacaron de la manga en el último momento) por enseñarte una casa. Poca flexibilidad para concertar una simple visita, desconocimiento de detalles como la clasificación energética, orientación e información básica, incluyendo ausencia de documentación esencial. Además, ocultaron información sobre los vecinos ocupas de la pared colindante deliberadamente. Guillermo, el jefe, mostró muy poca profesionalidad. No sólo por su falta de educación, sino también por su falta de comunicación, entrando en cólera por sorprendernos en el último momento con el IVA de los 5000€ de honorarios, cual adolescente falto de cariño. Espero que a los vendedores les traten mejor, porque a los posibles compradores les salen caros los honorarios a cambio de una visita y la preparación de documentación que uno mismo puede descargar de Internet.
