Negative experience: They are incompetent, they are only after their own interests. We rented an apartment with Pilar Charro. You pay one month's rent to Remax and then they do absolutely nothing for you and don't even pick up the phone or respond to a single message. Shameful. Moreover, all the reviews I see are from owners... they don't even pay agency fees!

Negative experience: Horrible experience from a few days ago. The rental apartment we were interested in was managed by this company, so we contacted them. After making the reservation and finalizing everything, we had to wait for a repair in the apartment before we could move in, which stretched to a month and a half due to the holidays and the weather, and we very kindly agreed to that. At the end of January (with the apartment ready to move in), the time to sign the contract was approaching, and I see that it starts to drag on... we continue waiting, February 1st comes at noon, and here comes the surprise: I write to the agent asking what's going on, that I should be moving in that day and how it is that he doesn't give me a date for the signing and delivery of keys, as we had agreed, and he tells me that he is still waiting for the owner's response, and if I want to withdraw! I push him to stop the nonsense and talk to me honestly because I have the moving truck waiting and everything planned, and finally, he decides to come clean and tell me that the owners are not going to sign, that he’s sorry. How is that possible, and couldn’t he have seen it coming with all the time he had?? One and a half months that they made us waste, all the time we lost organizing the move, handling other paperwork for the current apartment, with the boxes packed, and even risking being left on the street without an apartment! We are talking about a home, gentlemen, not a reservation in a restaurant or a train ticket, but a home! They have harmed us a lot emotionally, wasting time and serious opportunities, because many of us know how difficult it is to find a place that actually fits. I’m saying this here so that this story doesn’t happen again with another trusting client, like we were.

Negative experience: We saw a chalet for rent in the Robledo area and called to schedule an appointment. We were attended by Gonzalo López, who initially made it difficult for us without showing it, saying that we first needed to send documentation to rent it. When we could finally see it, Gonzalo's treatment was non-existent; we had to keep asking everything since he did not give us a proper tour. Despite all this, we liked the chalet and sent all the documentation, waiting for Gonzalo to tell us if we could rent it or not. But that never happened; he did not reply to any of the messages we sent to find out how the process was going. This shows his lack of professionalism. There is a lot to be desired, especially since we have had a very pleasant experience with other agents.
