Fantastic experience: I have bought and sold with this real estate agency since 2019 and they are very professional. They were recommended to me at first and I would recommend them now as well.

Negative experience: I only share this information because I would like other people who plan to make a purchase with this real estate agency to be aware of their practices. I went to see a property on a Friday around 6:30 PM; I was told it was the last visit of the day and that there was only one other person interested in the property, but that they did not have the necessary requirements. I asked if I could have time to give a final answer on Monday morning, knowing they were closed over the weekend, and they said yes. On Monday morning, early on, I spoke with my contact and said I wanted to reserve the property. They mentioned that we could go directly to sign the reservation contract, but I told them I would need to sell some investments to be able to pay for it and that, for the moment, I could give a deposit. Their response was that they would have to verify with the owners about the deposit, a response I waited for and was later told that yes, I could come to pay the deposit as soon as I could. After a whole day without a response to confirm the timing for paying the deposit, but having already submitted all the documents they asked for, I decided to notify them that I would come the next day and if that was okay. I received no response. The next day arrived, I confirmed my visit, and I received no response until 2 PM when, finally, they informed me that the purchase conditions had changed because they had sold the apartment. According to them, because there are various versions, the apartment was sold on Saturday (when the agency was closed) to an investor who had already seen it twice (even though they said there was only one interested party) and that, reportedly, a third person visited it on Saturday and finally made the deposit transfer and bought it. I was told that I could access buying the apartment from this new investor who would renovate it, but that the price would increase by about €71,000, and they had the audacity to tell me that it was no problem for me since my salary would allow me to get the mortgage. They said it would be the best option because, of course, it would already be renovated, but what they never informed me about was that the apartment had been sold, until very late, when I had already sold my investments causing me to lose money in the process due to the urgency. Now, clearly, their only solution has been to say that there is nothing to be done, that they sell to whoever pays first, even if you already have the deposit verbally agreed upon, and of course, they say that the whole problem was because the real estate agent answered the phone on Saturday to this investor and closed the sale without informing the rest of the team (note that they changed the version from 'the investor viewed the apartment on Saturday' to 'the investor called me on Saturday and told me that he wanted it'). In conclusion, they have made me lose money, they have blamed me for the whole problem as if their terrible way of doing business wasn't to blame, and on top of that, the excuses I received were: 'I'm sorry you see it that way.' They do not regret their actions and lack of seriousness, but they do regret my view of the matter. In conclusion, think twice before doing business with them.

Negative experience: They have no respect or shame... be careful with that agency!!!! Very poor treatment

Negative experience: Cuidado al alquilar en esta inmobiliaria, te mienten lo que sea para poder alquilarlo , son unos desalmados.

Negative experience: Tener cuidado cuándo compréis un piso con esta inmobiliaria ya que yo estoy teniendo problemas con ellos,al cabo del tiempo de comprar el piso me ha salido una deuda pendiente cuando yo tengo firmado por la inmobiliaria que el pago del ascensor del piso que compre no tenía deudas y ahora ha salido que sí, el administrador me ha confirmado que tanto el de la inmobiliaria como los antiguos propietarios sabían de dicha deuda y además les he entregado una carta echa por el administrador de la deuda que hay del ascensor y ahora tanto unos como otros se lavan las manos,unos impresentables y ocultan información ya que en las Escrituras debería de haber dos hojas escritas por el administrador y solo aparece una en la que viene a decir que puede haber algún pago sin pagar...tener cuidado
