Negative experience: Disastrous, incompetent, and they rent houses that they then evict tenants after a year without returning the deposit just because they want to. Be careful if you want to be sure, do not rent with them because they will evict you from the house and keep your money. They tell you everything is perfect and that they will return the deposit in a month, but it never arrives. Tamara has no idea and does not attend to the tenant well at all. A real estate agency is supposed to be neutral, but they only seek to deceive people. Without a doubt, the worst real estate agency I have ever seen in my life. They take advantage of the laws as they are and how rents have risen to evict you with excuses. Very bad! I don’t know how they have that rating; they don’t deserve it...

Negative experience: Terrible. The lack of professionalism personified. I sold a flat with them (rather, despite them) and it was a nightmare.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of scammers. They are really investors. They have not fulfilled what was agreed upon. MY ADVICE, NEVER BUY OR SELL WITH GRINVAL. And be careful, everything discussed and committed to, get it in writing and signed.

Negative experience: Seriously? This proves everything. Late and false response. The special assessment was approved before my purchase, and there are records to confirm that. As for the charge, it was processed on my account before I signed the papers to provide the information to the community management. Just as I say this, I also want to mention that for the second IBI payment, I had issues, and the young lady at the office, sorry but I don’t remember her name, was tremendously kind and helped me quickly and pleasantly to resolve it. —————- I have to change my rating after completing the purchase process. The attention and kindness of María Cruz is overshadowed afterwards by Hernán's poor performance. I found out during the signing that there was a special assessment and he washed his hands of it. To make matters worse, he provided my personal data and account number to the community manager before I had signed my consent. They charged me incorrectly, and he ignored the problem again, not even an apology. They charge too much for that kind of treatment. It’s a shame that a commercial like this has to work with a person like this. —————— Quality in service. Availability and accessibility for any questions or inquiries.
