Negative experience: I had a bad experience with this real estate agency. They started off on the right foot, but when it came time to hand over the supposedly clean apartment, we informed the agency that there were many dirty things. And when we returned the apartment clean and in better condition than it was given to us, we were charged a cleaning fee of €108 for a 50 m² unfurnished apartment. I don't understand how a person who is paid to clean an apartment takes more than 8 hours to clean it. At most, the cleaning should cost 40 euros plus the products, but not all that money... Anyway, a dirty business between the real estate agency and the cleaning company to take more money from the clients.

Negative experience: We rented an apartment through this agency and everything went well at first. Although it was supposed to be cleaned before handover, we found quite a few dirty things and informed the agency, but we didn't make a big deal out of it. However, when we returned the unfurnished apartment, except for the kitchen, we left it cleaner and in better condition than it was delivered to us. The agency decided to carry out a cleaning on their own, even knowing that the apartment was clean, and charged us 108 euros for a cleaning without any reason. We asked the agency to justify the cleaning since they are supposed to take photos of the dirt before and after and they are unable to justify it, simply telling us 'this is what it is and that we should claim it ourselves from the cleaning company.' In the end, no matter how much you try and take care of their apartment, they never return the full deposit.

Negative experience: Pathetic service. I spoke with them about an apartment in Parque Empresarial, Las Rozas, and they were very arrogant and refused to pass the offer to the owner. I hope the owner reads this too so he knows who he has entrusted the sale to. Plus, I told them that I just sold my house and that I have the money to buy and that I live two doors down. They couldn't be more incompetent.

Negative experience: It might be that those who want to rent out their house are happy, but for those who are going to rent it, it can be a bit irritating. They seem very nice and friendly, but they can complicate things. Nowadays, it is ILLEGAL for them to charge the management fee of the real estate agency, that is now paid by the owner. But no, and worse still if they conspire to win out together and keep bothering the tenants. It doesn't matter how much you complain and demand, they wash their hands so well that nothing can be done, not even to report it since you have accepted, and if they happen to give you a receipt for the ILLEGAL payment, they put a different subject on it so you can't claim anything. The feeling of helplessness is inexplicable, but eventually, you accept everything in order not to lose the house... it's a shame.
