Negative experience: A disaster of a real estate agency. My family had the apartment with them for a year and it wouldn't sell, nor were there hardly any interested parties. They only made us a rather weak low offer. We renewed the contract because they tricked us into saying that there were people interested, but then the buyers vanished or were suddenly no longer interested, as if by magic, including companies. They made us go to the agency several times for nothing. They make earnest money contracts setting prices with the buyer without the seller's agreement. In the end, outside of the contract, the apartment was sold to a couple completely by chance and the agency took a commission from both parties (the buyer pays much more even) which was quite high/abusive for doing nothing. In fact, even on the day of the notary, there was a commotion since first they told us that if we were going to receive payment by transfer, then that if a check.... I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: They are scammers. Be careful what you sign. They inflated the sale to scam both the buyer and the seller, and the notary himself had invoices that were at least difficult to explain.

Negative experience: I didn't want to write this review, but the truth is that at least in my case, it has been like this... A DISASTROUS treatment from the very first moment, shoddy contracts that make operations very difficult, you realize that the only motivation is their commission, which by the way is quite high for what they do... They took €7,500 in total from the seller and us. A shame. When you ask them for important documents, they take a quick photo instead of sending it to you in digital format as it should be, on the part of the notary they had to follow up with them because they weren’t sending all the documents on time, even having to pressure them ourselves (when it's not our duty because that's what we are paying them for) to send everything on time. And on the day of the signing, the person in charge of our purchase goes on a cruise and even complains when I ask for an important document that they were supposed to provide since the purchase day was going to be the next day, complaining that they're working even on vacation. Well, since you're leaving us hanging on the day of the signing when we were taking a risk, the least you could do is (Mind you, I'm not saying you don't have the right to have a vacation even if it coincides with the signing of our home) but since you're going, at least don't complain and help out as much as you can, because first of all, it's your job and secondly, that’s why we have paid you such a high commission. In short, our experience, I'm sorry to say, has been very disastrous. I’m sorry but we will not repeat it.

Negative experience: I don't recommend it to anyone, they don't know how to manage most of the necessary documentation according to regulations, they communicate it drop by drop so that third parties can resolve it. I felt deceived, more and more problems arose and I called to have them explain things to me, but they wouldn't even pick up the phone. And once everything was solved and they received their fees, you can ask for any documentation from them that you need and they don't want to know anything anymore.

Negative experience: Edit: I feel obligated to edit the review I wrote at the time due to the serious problems I had with the tenant that this real estate agency found for me. I needed to use my apartment for my permanent residence, and the tenant not only refused to leave the apartment but also stopped paying the monthly rent and the utilities that the homeowners' association was charging. She even insinuated that for a certain amount she could leave the apartment. Obviously, I had to file a lawsuit, and just a few days before the eviction, I managed to get her to vacate the apartment, leaving it in terrible conditions and without paying her debt. At no time did Altea take responsibility for this situation, even knowing that they found this tenant (and charged for it) and that they indicated she was a non-problematic and solvent person (now I know that’s not true, as her salary has been garnished to pay my debt and they still can’t withhold anything because she is being garnished for another prior judicial procedure). I should add that practically all the neighbors had problems with her, and the police had to intervene several times. The lack of professionalism and seriousness of this real estate agency is such that it even cost me to recover the tenant's deposit that they should have deposited in the registry, which coincidentally they also did not do. They stopped responding to me and taking my calls. An unacceptable service. If you are looking for a trustworthy place, this is not it, I can assure you. It took me 6 months to recover my house, and it was thanks to the lawyer who knew how to manage the case at all times. I have rewritten this review a year after recovering my house to ensure that the frustration I felt at that time would detract from its objectivity as much as possible. My experience has been totally positive. They showed me several apartments until I found the one I needed. The buying and selling process was a success, and the subsequent rental of the apartment was quick and very effective. Totally recommendable. I have personally met the director, and she has solved each of the doubts that arose for me. They are a great choice!!

Fantastic experience: My 5 stars have several positive reasons that are hard for me to reflect, but none negative based on our experience. The salesperson Ismael is a great guy... always understanding, hardworking, kind, and above all dynamic in any situation, which made it very easy for us to carry out the transaction, both for the buyer and for the seller (me). Regarding the management by Alejandra, it has been exceptional; she has guided us through all the paperwork, document verification, and explanations for any doubts... honestly, we felt very comfortable. We put the property up for sale 3 weeks ago with this real estate agency, accepted the offer proposed by the buyer on 09/13, and by 09/21, we were already in front of the notary signing the purchase and sale of the property. Negative experience: Very bad experience. They charge both the seller and the buyer and, in my case, they charged me money without doing practically anything. I had already seen the apartment without needing the real estate agency to show it to me and had a bad experience with the buying-selling process. Once you have paid them the money they earned for doing NOTHING, they forget about you and do not help you again (if they ever did) in any aspect.

Negative experience: POR FAVOR, NO LOS COJÁIS!! Será lo peor que hayáis hecho en vuestra vida. Toda la info que te dan mal, luego la tienes que contrastar y mienten más que hablan. Las reviews están todas amañadas por eso son tan positivas. Son lo menos profesional que he visto en mi vida. Y de verdad, no lo pueden hacer peor.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia ha sido traumatica, cobrar, cobraron rápido, no me han facilitado nada,al revés problemas,no son profesionales.Lautaro buena intención,pero le falta mucho.Alejandra la dueña, no soy de faltar el respeto a nadie,pero no me ayudo nada de nada.Tuve que contratar un gestor, aparte,para que la operacion saliera adelante. En fin un CALVARIO.

Negative experience: Si buscáis una inmobiliaria para que se encargue de la venta de vuestra vivienda os aseguro que esta NO es y paso a deciros el por qué. No cumplen con los plazos establecidos poniendo como excusa circunstancias personales de la parte compradora, circunstancias que además están dentro de la privacidad de las personas. Desconocen los procedimientos a la hora de hacer los cálculos sobre las tasas y precios de venta, en mi caso la venta de una vivienda de protección oficial en Alcorcón no supo ni realizar los cálculos, tampoco supieron informar correctamente de la documentación necesaria para la firma de la escritura pública. Lo único que hicieron rápido es cobrar su comisión la cual se encargaron de descontar de las arras de la parte compradora muchísimo antes de finalizar la operación. No repetiría la experiencia ni gratis.

Negative experience: Súper mal. Es vergonzoso. Me dieron mal la información desde el ppio hasta el último momento. Tuve que informarme yo de todo y al final, contactar con la compradora. Gracias que tenia ella un gestor aparte (al que tuvo que pagar de más) que se encargó de todo y entre nosotras lo solucionamos. Luego Lautaro acordó el precio de venta sin consultarme y por su cuenta. Le pillamos en bastantes incongruencias y mentiras. La venta fue una pesadilla por su culpa. Luego piden a los clientes satisfechos reviews pero con los que la cagan al máximo no dicen nada, claro. Muy mal. No son buenos profesionales.

Fantastic experience: Hemos encargado la venta de un piso a esta Inmobiliaria y la experiencia a sido muy satisfactoria, en cuanto a la rapidez, profesionalidad y seguimiento de toda la operación. Negative experience: Lo peor, después de haber finalizado el contrato de venta con ellos, dos meses después, subieron el anuncio de mi casa a los portales de venta en internet, para usarlo como cebo y mostrarles otro inmueble, después de contactar con ellos, tuvieron la desfachatez de hacerse los ofendidos. Mejor salir corriendo cuando ésta gente intenté mediar en cualquier operación.

Negative experience: El anuncio no correspondía en absoluto con el piso, decía que era un 5 de un edificio de 9 alturas y era un 8 y además último. También la dirección inducía a error. La orientación tampoco era cierta, el anuncio decía este y era oeste. Vamos, que de un 5 este a un 8 (ultimo) oeste hay una buena diferencia. Nada más entrar hemos manifestado el sentimiento de “engaño” que teníamos, ya que de haber sabido la altura y que era un último y la orientación no hubiéramos ido. Al manifestar nuestra queja nos han echado del piso. Incomprensible, hemos perdido la mañana. Tengo que decir que Carmen, la agente, ha mantenido las formas, y ha sido correcta. Pero tampoco ha hecho nada por mediar. Lamentable, vas ilusionado, pensando que has encontrado lo que buscas y luego no tiene nada que ver. Entendemos que los propietarios tengan miedo, pero no se puede engañar de esa forma. Nos vamos muy frustrados y con sensación de impotencia y fiasco. Escribirnos esta nota con la esperanza de que no le vuelva a ocurrir a nadie más.
