If you do not want to feel scammed, run away before signing anything with this place. Negative experience: NEVER HIRE THEM. ELENA LIES. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. They ask you, apart from the owner of the house, for a month's deposit almost for their terrible management, which is not refunded. Elena works really poorly. She deceived us as soon as we arrived, saying that we could ask the landlord to remove the furniture we needed, LIE. The mattress in the house was very old, so we talked to Elena and proposed to buy one ourselves, and when we left, the owner of the house would keep it in exchange for reducing our rent a bit for that month. She told us the landlord said no, that we should just throw away the mattress and they would buy another one when we left. Well, when we left, they charged us for that mattress because Elena says she never said anything about that and now the mattress is missing. They took 900 euros from the 1300 we gave as a deposit for this: A 20 cm stain on a wall (which can be painted in 2 minutes), the headboard of the bed had come out of its place, a broken drawer. And according to them, the floor and the house were dirty. (The house was cleaned before we left.) And all the real estate agencies and landlords always do a thorough cleaning before renting it out again. They charged me 180 euros for cleaning, an incredible scam. 900 euros for this! When we arrived at the house, the oven was disgusting full of burnt food all over the walls, the bathroom and shower walls were filthy, and we said nothing, we fixed the shower, we fixed problems in the bathroom... Elena also told people who came to fix issues in the house (fridge, bathroom... that they could park in the garage space, without even consulting me, or use any spot from the neighbors) BE VERY CAREFUL. Whenever you talk to a real estate agency, EVERYTHING IN WRITING, never spoken. I made the mistake of talking over the phone. TERRIBLE experience and no one takes responsibility.
