Negative experience: Years ago I bought a house through this real estate agency. The truth is that the woman who sold it to us did her job very well, to the point that we ended up with a HIDDEN DEFECT. In the living room, there's a very small window that was actually covered up because they had moved the wall. They had to know about it, but they didn’t tell us anything. So, how can you trust this real estate agency?

Negative experience: Les doy una estrella porque no se puede dar un menos 5 estrellas,que es lo que merecen. Empezando porque llamamos cuando aún no habían empezado a comercializar los pisos de Grupo Vivir (estos menos 10estrellas como poco). Les dijimos que queríamos un bajo sí o sí y que nos avisarán en cuanto empezarán la comercialización (se supone que nos apuntaron en una lista). Al final, después de esperar muchos días, llamamos nosotros y ya estaban vendiendo pisos de esta promoción (suscribimos todo lo que dice Javier en su reseña e incluso le faltan algunos detalles más sobre la guarrería que nos han hecho aquí). No se nos informó bien sobre todos los bajos que había de las características que buscábamos,a nuestros vecinos les dijeron que ya no quedaban bajos del importe y características que buscaban y cuando bajaron sus padres sí se lo ofrecieron.. En fin,todo mal ,de principio a fin ,los tres años de cooperativa,infernales ,con miles de problemas ,,retraso de 1año en acabar la promoción y sobrecostes . Aldesa,constructora nefasta... En fin,pensadlo bien cuando os metáis en una cooperativa en la que estén Grupo vivir, nómada y aldesa.

Negative experience: Les doy un 1 porque siguen comercializando pisos de grupo vivir Estos pisos en tempranales han tenido todo tipo de problemas Calefacción que no va porque el sistema de suelo radiante de las casas tiene aire y no lo han purgado. Calderas que han colocado en las terrazas sin ninguna protección a la lluvia. No cubre la garantía cualquier fallo por este motivo. Goteras Puertas de casa desniveladas. Las de la comunidad mal recibidas.La del portal 6 siempre abierta. Entra aire por las ventanas de las casas. Quitaron césped de la piscina por un descuido en el proyecto. Se habían olvidado de la salida para bomberos!!! Sala de gimnasio sin equipos y de cine totalmente vacía. Calidades VPO. Presupuesto de cocina y electrodomésticos de 2500 euros para pisos de 450 mil. Suelos picados Problemas con señal de tv Equipos de TV y cable defectuosos. Garajes con goteras Placas para el circuito de agua caliente que no funcionan porque el sistema tiene aire se sobrecalienta la bomba y empieza a hacer ruido. No tiene sistema de autorecarga. Problemas en bloques 5 y 6. Ascensores que se paran. El del portal 5 cada 2x3 se para. En fase de cooperativa continuos extracostes y amenazas de quebrar la cooperativa si no se paga más. Todo lo que diga es poco. Actualmente la comunidad va votar para demanda de daños y perjuicios con peritaje dado que la constructora ha puesto 2 albañiles durante 8 meses y solo arreglan temas básicos. Los vecinos igualmente están demandando a cooperativa o constructora. Nada recomendable.
