From the very first moment, they were transparent about the market value of the property. Negative experience: Scammers, ask anyone who lives in Tanger 2 San Sebastián de los Reyes. The quality memory does not match, in fact, they forged it using another company's (I’m not saying this, a surveyor said it). They delivered without water or electricity meters, no habitability certificate, no elevator papers, they have no paperwork at all, I honestly don’t know what kind of deal they have with the notary to sign like that. Moreover, the house HAS LIENS; there is a file with Iberdrola for electrical fraud and now we cannot get the electricity connected after 10 months living here. We owe about 12 thousand euros from the previous owner's fines…. And much more, directly a scam, they take the commission, wash their hands, and sell another apartment. Surely they will write back claiming it’s not true, but go to Tanger 2, call any neighbor, and they will confirm this. Furthermore, I’m adding photos of the meter room; you’ll see things flooded without meters, well, it’s evident in the photos. When I moved in, there literally was no water; I had to fill buckets at the dog park for 3 days. After 10 months, as you can see in the photos, it’s terrible. I won’t even get into the quality issues as I was scammed there too. So stay away, if something goes wrong, they wash their hands.
