Negative experience: As a buyer, my experience has been simply unpleasant. As soon as we arrived and entered the portal (in the dark); before opening the door of the house, they put in front of us a paper that we had to sign in the dark to see the house. The agency worker tells us not to worry, it's just about the fees we would have to pay to make the purchase with them. So, stupidly, I sign. It turns out it was important. Both the price we would have to pay as buyers (€7,000) in management fees, as well as a clause of exclusivity (which prevents you from speaking with any of the other sellers, because in this case they didn’t even have exclusivity in the sale). In short, we found ourselves forced to withdraw our interest in the flat because the whole situation was quite shabby, as they are not capable of starting even half a negotiation or conversation with the seller of the flat unless you pay the management fees. As a buyer, every time I see a flat from this real estate agency, I simply run away. So I am warning buyers, as you don’t know you have to sign a document until you get to the door, no one warns you about anything (I suppose that other people's time, travel expenses, etc., do not matter unless they are theirs).

Negative experience: Our experience was a bit surreal. We made an appointment by calling to see a property, we spent 2 hours visiting and everything was perfect. It kept looking better. But at the very end, we were told that it was already reserved and they were showing it to us just in case the sale fell through. What kind of professionals work here? Why don’t they say this from the first call and save us all the time and the wasted afternoon? I tried to convince myself that it was a joke... naive me. Finally, I asked the kind lady to let us know in any case. Have they notified you? They haven’t notified me either.

They also charge the buyer without informing you, which increases the price of the apartment, the deposit is charged by the real estate agency and is paid a day later after deducting their commission, they make unilateral decisions with the buyer. Negative experience: Hablo desde el punto de vista del comprador. Cero profesionalidad. De principio a fin. Nos gustó un inmueble. Fuimos a verlo, hicimos una oferta en ese momento. Se supone que tenían 4 días para aceptarla o rechazarla. A la semana y porque les metimos prisa, aceptaron la oferta. Nos pedían 6.000€ en concepto de reserva, pero se negaban a quitar el anuncio de idealista . Al no ceder en este aspecto, nos llamaron al día siguiente para decir que le habian vendido el piso a otra persona por 5000 euros mas. Nos utilizaron y encima tengo que aguantar que Maribel(de la inmobiliaria) me diga que "he jugado mal mis cartas" .... En fin, si vais a comprar un inmueble fijaros bien si quién lo lleva es esta inmobiliaria...
