Fantastic experience: A real estate agency formed by a truly competent, friendly, and kind team. It is very noticeable that they have always lived in Moraleja because just by telling them what I was looking for, they already knew which area would be ideal for me, and indeed, it was. Thank you very much for the treatment I have received from you, thanks for the kindness and patience. You have made a task as difficult as finding a home much easier.

Negative experience: Customer service is very poor. My experience is as follows: Friday, August 26. They publish an ad on Idealista. That same Friday, I call the phone number they leave as contact in the ad 3 times. They do not answer. I write to them through the Idealista chat to try to see the property on Saturday, August 27. They do not respond. Saturday, August 27. I call again up to 4 times. They do not answer. I insist again through the Idealista chat. Monday, August 28. I call again and insist via Idealista. They do not respond. I search for their website and send them a contact form. An automated email response tells me they will contact me shortly. There is no response or call from the company. Tuesday, August 29. I call both in the morning and in the afternoon (according to the hours published on Google). They do not answer. I write again via Idealista, there is no response. Wednesday, August 30. The ad is removed from Idealista. The property is already rented. I receive a call from a very young girl apologizing because they couldn't answer the phone and have rented the property to someone who had written to them via the Idealista chat. I explain that it seems inappropriate to me and that as a company, it speaks volumes about the diligence with which they operate. Her response, besides the silence, is that she cannot do anything, that the person who handles the Idealista chat is someone else. My experience with this company is terrible, they show no diligence and do not pay attention to the details of the users that contact them, but ultimately, this is a matter that they don't care about since the property has been rented to 'whoever manages the chat' felt like reading the message.

Fantastic experience: I didn't think it would be so difficult to find a house in Madrid.
