To begin with, their commission is disproportionate, and their professionalism does not deserve it at all; they have a shocking ignorance of legal matters regarding deeds that can make you lose three times the amount of their commission.

Negative experience: La peor experiencia con una inmobiliaria que he tenido. Mienten un montón, tardan mucho en los trámites, piden mucha documentación que luego resulta no ser necesaria pero que ya ha ocasionado el gasto económico de generarla, y con el contrato de arras 10 días vencido, no se les ocurre otra cosa que amenazarnos por whatsaap cuando nosotros sólo estábamos esperando que nos dieran la fecha de firma. Quiero creer, que el motivo fue el temor a que nos echáramos atrás en la venta, con todas las de la ley. La cosa continúa incluso el propio día de las escrituras, cuando se presenta un tercer miembro de esta escalofriante plantilla al que no había visto nunca, y al que tengo que preguntarle el nombre después de tener que escuchar como me faltaba el respeto sin yo siquiera haberme dirigido a él en ningún momento, era el financiero de esta Casa. Representan el más claro ejemplo de como una sencilla operación de compraventa se puede encarecer sin necesidad, complicar más de lo necesario, demorarla más de debido(y tanto más).... cosas que se podrían mejorar, pero cuando se unen con mentiras, amenazas escritas y abusos de confianza, hastían al cliente más pintado. Las compradoras no perdieron la compra y las arras porque consideramos que no eran las responsables de la situación.Torpedean acuerdos por su hacer. Confianza Cero!

Negative experience: Me siento engañado les pagas la señal para un piso en mi caso dos mil euros y te llaman diciendo que el vendedor no acepta las condiciones y te devuelven el dinero pero el día siguiente te cuentan una película cuando ya has hecho tus planes cerrando esta operación y pierdes tu dinero mucho cuidado No te devuelven el dinero Pásare a poner reclamación para intentar que no les pase a nadie más o por lo menos hacer fuerza con la gente que le haya ocurrido lo mismo Son unos informales nada serio Espero que no os ocurra lo mismo porque cuesta mucho ganar 2000€ para que te los roben así En mi caso me atendió José Ángel que por lo que he visto en reseñas no soy el único mucho cuidado
