Negative experience: Lies, little communication, little professionalism. I will explain what happened and I hope they are unable to deny anything I say because I can provide proof to anyone who wishes. I contacted them about a rental apartment (not expensive), I visited it and when I said I wanted to reserve it, the young man who attended me said he couldn’t until his boss Amaya returned from vacation, but that I could make a reservation. I insisted to see if we could close it so that neither I nor the owner would lose a month, and he said it was impossible. I tried to get his boss to contact me, and after much insistence, she called me and calmly told me not to worry, that the apartment was mine, that she was giving me her word (that was on August 14). I explained to her in writing that as I was in the process of changing companies to a management position, I couldn’t provide the requested documentation of the payslips at that moment; I asked her to convey to the owner the proposal for annual payment plus a guarantee of a property of greater value than the rented apartment. Once again, she told me not to worry. Once they returned from vacation on September 2, Amaya told me she would pass on the contact of her colleague Nerea, a girl who apparently had no idea of what had been discussed with her boss. I explained everything to her again and she told me that the owner had rejected my proposal and wanted a contract and insurance against non-payment. To all this, I add that they didn’t allow me to go see the apartment with the owner. After contacting my new company to expedite all the procedures and sending them all the documentation, they stop returning calls while I’m online on WhatsApp. Finally, after waiting a month, which meant losing the opportunity to find an apartment, they tell me that they didn’t send the documentation to the insurance and that I don’t fit the owner’s profile (whom I was never introduced to) and they remain so calm. Given the situation in the real estate sector, they believe they have the right to treat you so cruelly and poorly without empathy. Having been kept waiting for over a month with your money, based on lies. I hope this can serve you to improve not only professionally but also as people.

Negative experience: Terrible service. We made a purchase agreement with this real estate agency and besides their awful treatment, we are stuck with an assessment for an issue that they told us was resolved during the visit. They lied to us saying there was a lift project in the building, but it is a third-floor without a lift; however, the community has told us that this will never happen, that it was a lie, and that no one wants to incur that expense. Today the previous owner even wants to charge us for services he provided before the purchase. ZERO recommendable.

Negative experience: -10 in terms of professionalism and a number of other issues. Obviously, it's your word against theirs, you sign for certain conditions and when it's time to leave is when they show how little legal they are. They do things terribly, try to keep part of your deposit, and they succeed without any evidence that reflects it accurately, leading to a constant struggle and causing significant delays in the return of the deposit they want to give you. You would end up spending more on lawyers than what they should return to you because there is quite a legal vacuum in the contracts as well as the attitudes, management, and methods they employ as property managers are greatly lacking. In summary, a bunch of incompetent people who want to keep as much of your money as possible. As a personal advice, anyone who wants to live peacefully should not choose this option.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. A year ago my nightmare with this consultancy office started. I had a flat rented and when the contract expired and, even though it shouldn’t be done, they asked me to leave the keys in the office where I signed that I had given the keys back. I patiently waited a month for my deposit back. Once a month and a half passed, knowing that the flat owner legally had a month to inform about any issue in the flat, he refused to give me my money back. Due to the fact that the keys were incorrectly deposited (both the owner and I had to be present at the apartment to check any issues), he started sending me pictures that were fake about things that were broken in the apartment. I tried to talk to the owner and the consultancy (if they could be called that instead of liars and thieves) to look for a solution when I was blocked from every way I had to contact them (if you’re looking for a professional place in Spain I would definitely stay away from this place). I hope this review helps to prevent swindling from these people. They still owe me for the gas and light I paid for while not living in the apartment and that they refused to give me back. Their incompetency is something I won’t forget and I really hope no one has to suffer what I have with these people. Stay away from this place and the people they work with if you need to make business in Spain.

Negative experience: Not recommendable, a bunch of shameless people who take advantage of the poor condition of the properties to not return the deposit in full and charge the costs of repairs to the tenants who decide to leave. They order the landlords to return the amount they deem appropriate, citing lies that are impossible to prove. I recommend NOT renting with them and, if you do, make a video of the condition of the house before moving in and/or photos of everything that is in poor condition. In short, never again.

Negative experience: Alquilamos un piso hace un año y durante ese año la atencion fue nula, nos ayudaron en nada y a la hora de devolvernos la fianza dado que el piso lo dejamos en perfectas condiciones se hacen los locos tardan en responder y nos dicen que no nos devuelven nada, de funde una bombilla y te cobran la bombilla a 150€ y se inventan cosas.
