Negative experience: The agent scheduled an appointment for us on Saturday at a flat in Alcobendas at 10:45 and did not show up. Our calls are not returned and we do not receive any messages. The agent, with a Latin accent, in a very rude manner refuses to give us his name and tells us to submit the complaint under the name of Maribel. The lack of professionalism at all levels is impressive.

Negative experience: I called to see an apartment and they scheduled me for Friday the 13th at 8:00 PM. I called on Friday a couple of hours before my appointment and the guy with a Latin accent told me that the appointment was canceled and rescheduled it for today, September 14th, at 10:45 AM. I arrived at the place at the scheduled time and called him, and the same guy from the office answered, telling me that that appointment was also canceled because the owner of the apartment advertised on Lérida street couldn't make it today either. I asked him why he hadn't informed me, and he said he sent me a message (which I never received) and refused to give me his name. Disrespectful and playing with others' time. Zero professionalism.

Negative experience: I had two phone contacts and I didn't like them at all. The first one was me interested in buying an apartment but I felt intimidated with personal questions about my financial capacity. I don’t give personal information to anyone, especially over the phone. There was little delicacy regarding this issue. And the calls, rather than informing me about the apartment, have been to find out if I have money or not to buy. I clarify that I haven't been rejected but I didn't like the treatment. I will look for other options that give me more confidence.

Negative experience: I have dealt with them several times, but the last time was a bit of a disaster. Besides the high commissions, which one pays if they provide good service, in this case, it was not so. Lack of professionalism, you schedule an appointment with them, they call you 30 minutes beforehand to see if you're going, they try to get you to sign the visit sheet without having visited the apartment, and then they tell you that they don't have the keys to the apartment with some excuse.

Negative experience: Si quieres ser estafado este es vuestro sitio, antes de ver el piso te obligan a firmar un papel en el que te obligan a que en caso de comprarlo pagarles una comisión de un 3% + IVA , una cláusula completamente abusiva ya que seguro que también cobran al vendedor esta comisión, si no superior…. Para mas inri, si no firmas , no ves el piso .(Una forma más de chantajear y presionar) En resumen bandidos sin escrúpulos en busca de tu dinero. Habría que ver quien compra un piso con ellos , como se pagan estas ‘’comisiones ‘’. En fin una y no más.

Fantastic experience: Unos grandes profesionales, estuvimos buscando pisos por nuestra cuenta durante 6 ó 7 meses y la mayoría a la que íbamos eran pisos horribles. Decidimos finalmente el ir a inmobiliarias a probar suerte a ver si ellos nos encontraban pisos mejores y adaptados a nuestras exigencias, pero no llegamos a aceptar hasta que llegamos a esta de Tecnocasa concretamente y en cuestión de dos Semanas ya teníamos no solo una, hasta 3 casas que nos gustaban de las que nos enseñaron y con los requisitos que exigíamos para comprar. Fue llegar, ver y comprar. Está claro que para eso se dedican a ello, así que por mi parte no dudéis en acercaos a esta oficina inmobiliaria, os tratarán amable y profesionalmente, un saludo y suerte en la búsqueda.
