Fantastic experience: Alquilé con ellos hace unos meses y ha sido un trato fantástico, atentos en todo momento.

Negative experience: Fui comprador y la experiencia fue la siguiente: oferta de hipoteca, la encontré yo mejor que el propio agente de la inmobiliaria, no me la pudieron mejorar; vicios ocultos que encontré al empezar a vivir (un par nada más), pasaron de mi y de intermediar entre ambas partes; Lo unico bueno el chico que fue bastante majo, el cual ya no trabaja con ellos puesto que parecía bastante competente y majo (seguro vio el percal y se fue a otro sitio mejor). 3% se llevaron, unos 7000 euros, por enseñarme la casa 2 veces y ya está, sinceramente muy mejorable tanto en sus servicios, como en su asesoramiento como en sus precios. Gente sin estudios queriendo cobrar como si hicieran un trabajo excelente, pues no dan la talla, sinceramente. Con los vendedores no se como se portarían, pero vamos, si algún vendedor lee esto, el comprador te va a bajar lo que se lleve la agencia si o si. No los recomiendo puesto que por el dinero que se llevan les falta muuuuuucho que dar, estan lejos de dar un buen servicio. Edito tras hablar con los vendedores, a ellos les han cobrado 5000€, asi que presento las extraordinarias cifras de esta inmobiliaria... 11000€ por no hacer nada de nada.
