Enseguida encontraron compradores para mi piso, me han asesorado súper bien en todo momento, han respondido a todas mis dudas y preguntas, y el trato personal de Estefanía ha sido inmejorable. Positive experience: Mi experiencia personal no ha sigo buena. La primera vez que fui no había nadie, pero eso puede suceder, porque estarían enseñando pisos, pero decían que dejaras un WhatsApp o llamarás a unos números de teléfono. Nosotros dejamos el mensaje, pero nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros, transcurridos 15 días. La segunda vez que fui, dejé mis datos para que me incluyeran en su base de datos y cuando ofertarán un piso de las características que estaba buscando, me llamarán. Después de 1 mes y medio sin tener noticias, me pasé por la inmobiliaria y pregunte, resultó que no me habían incluido en su base de datos, por olvido. Además, me recomendaron que mirara en el portal del idealista. Después de casi 1 año, no he recibido ninguna llamada por su parte. En cambio en la inmobiliaria primer nivel de Alcobendas me atendieron muy bien. Nada que ver.

Laura soluciona todo esto de manera sobresaliente: es amable, educada y sobre todo eficiente. Soluciona de forma organizada y metódica cada trámite necesario, te informa de cada paso dado y finalmente consigue el objetivo de alquilar tu piso en el menor tiempo posible con el mejor candidato posible. También destacaría la transparencia de todo el proceso, algo que en un mercado a veces poco fiable es realmente muy valioso. En nuestro caso, tenían una "cartera” de posibles compradores interesados en la zona que resultó ser extremadamente útil pues la conseguimos vender sin dificultad.
