Negative experience: The worst experience... Right now, I am honestly furious because the people who work in this office have lied to us from the beginning and have played with our hopes. Besides wasting a lot of our time and energy... But I will stick to the facts as closely as possible, so everyone can draw their own conclusions and to try to help prevent this from happening to more people. A little over a month ago, we went to see a flat for sale on Río Escabas street. We fell in love with the flat. We called the next day to make an offer the following day. On the same day we were going, in the morning, they called us saying that another offer had been made and that we could no longer present ours (when they had already committed to us). We had to wait about a week to find out if the owner accepted or rejected the offer from the other interested parties. Finally, it was rejected, and we were able to present ours. At the moment of making the offer, they offered us the services of the financial company Kiron (which charges a fee of 6,000 euros). Since we decided not to hire the services of this financial company, they made us sign a paper in which we renounced to hire the services of any other. In other words, we were blocked from contacting any mortgage broker (which was our first option, as they are quite effective and save a lot of time). They asked us for a 6,000 euro deposit, but the agent who attended us showed us the contract signed by the previous interested parties, which stated that they had deposited 3,000 euros as a deposit. They took more than a week to respond about whether the owner accepted or rejected the offer. Finally, they called us and told us that the owner not only rejected the offer, but also signed the contract termination with them a while ago. A week later, the flat is still published, which I found strange if an owner breaks the contract with the real estate agency. To clear my doubts, I asked a third party to call to inquire about the flat. They told her what I already suspected: the flat is reserved (and not off the market as the agent told me). And here come my suspicions, and I have to admit that this is subjective (although I believe I am not mistaken): Since we presented the offer, they have been prolonging the moment of giving us a response to continue showing the flat and using our offer to get a better one. This offer must have appeared, and we have been left without a flat without even being able to negotiate. The anger and helplessness I feel right now are enormous. It is a very strange feeling to be unable to access a flat that is for sale, and that you are willing to buy for the price it is being sold for, because of the entanglements and despotism of some intermediaries who you are also going to pay a quite high commission (3% + VAT). My advice is not to begin any purchasing process in this office because they will lie to you from the beginning and will use you to get better offers than yours. More than in a normal purchase/sale process, you will be involved in an auction without even being aware of it. I hope I have helped someone with this opinion, as I already consider my time and my hopes lost.

Negative experience: I have to say that the service was correct and José Manuel is a great salesperson, but I experienced an episode at the end that I must comment on so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. I bought the property on October 6th and the previous owner was to stay for 7 more days, by prior agreement. On the day of the signing, I showed up there and I wanted to sign the paper as soon as possible, to finalize that he had to leave within that timeframe. They told me there, before signing in front of the notary, to be quiet and not say anything in front of him, because otherwise the purchase would be paralyzed since that implies that it is a property with debts. All of this generated tremendous uncertainty for me. After the signing, we resolved that issue, and what was initially going to be a week to vacate turned into 15 days; I had no choice but to sign. I insisted on changing the ownership of the utilities from day six, and I provided them with the account number. They said they would take care of everything. Well, on the long-awaited date when I took possession of my home, the painter who was preparing it called me to inform me that he could not continue because there was no electricity or water. I managed to set up the service, and it took them 10 days to activate it. Once the rental contract I had expired, I had to stay with my two children in a relative's house because I couldn't go to my home. I called José Manuel crying and he told me that they would cover the activation costs of the utilities (100 euros) if necessary. I suppose he said this to get rid of the burden of listening to a crying woman on the other end of the line. When I sent him the bill, he replied that it was the fault of the previous owner and that he could do nothing. They did not have the decency to lose 100 euros from their fees (which amounted to more than 5000 euros). I must say that the person who handled my case was fired, but the company has not taken responsibility for rectifying the damages caused. Lastly, I would love to upload a video of the state in which they left my house: furniture I had to take down, empty cans, cigarettes,... I sent it to them and they also did not respond to it. Kiron, on the contrary, was a great support throughout the process. In fact, sometimes Rosana responded to questions about the apartment because Tecnocasa took days to reply. I started the purchase process on July 1st and was able to move in on November 1st. I almost forgot a detail: they told me there was a special assessment that would end in April. The other day, I spoke with the management company to set up the community fees (they also didn't do it despite me sending the signed documentation) and surprise! I have an assessment until December. I probably would have bought the apartment knowing that the assessment lasted for a year, but I would have appreciated a detail of transparency.

Negative experience: Sales techniques without any ethics or morals. In our case, they took advantage of the fact that my father had cancer to pressure him and later discriminate against him for it. They knew he urgently needed to find housing and used it to make them pay a reservation, playing with their hopes and thus using it as leverage to extract more money from other buyers. The treatment was terrible, starting with the owner of the franchise (José Manuel), who even refused to pass a first offer to the owners of the house. And the salesman (Esteban) was a liar of the worst kind. P.S.: my name will not be in their database since the visit to the house was obviously in my parents' name.
