Negative experience: I find them very unprofessional. They put an ad on Idealista, I was very interested as soon as it was posted, I sent an email because it's impossible to reach them by phone. I left messages on the answering machine, both my husband and I, when we finally managed to contact them, they told us they would call us immediately to give us an appointment to visit the house. At that very moment, they took down the ad and we didn't hear anything else from them. They say they called me, but that’s not true; my husband was calling and couldn’t reach them. Today, Saturday, look at this: they contacted me to tell me that the house is rented, of course, because I had previously called and left a message on the answering machine. The reason for this review is that I didn’t intend to write it, but it has really annoyed me. When I pointed out that I sent an email last week to which I didn’t receive a response, their reply was: 'We have so many emails, and we can’t attend to them all.' Sir, if you can’t handle emails, don’t give the option to contact you through that medium. But it's also not easy to reach them by phone... so they leave a terrible impression on clients who need the service they're promoting on a real estate portal. If they can’t handle calls and emails, that’s not my problem; there are very qualified people to work and attend to clients, but this businessman isn’t going to create jobs because as long as he rents to the first person who sees it, he doesn’t care about the other clients, since he will rent it one way or another. As the real estate market stands right now, this company is only seen for its own interest and not for the customers who seek their services... In conclusion, they neither create jobs nor help people who want to find housing... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Negative experience: They are worthless, they have no word. They say they do not accept reservations when you go to see it, and then they remove the ad and tell you that it is reserved. What a lack of word! They make people move for nothing to see their rentals.

Fantastic experience: Very competent professionals, with a good offering of apartments. They take care of all the documentation for the purchase or rental of the property.

Negative experience: Poca comunicación con los vendedores (en 6 meses sólo hemos recibido un e-mail suyo y ninguna llamada telefónica), poco interés en la venta del piso (en 6 meses sólo una visita y porque nos quejamos), en definitiva muy poco profesionales.
