Negative experience: Terrible sellers. They sell you everything very nicely and it's all a lie. They set a price with you and then it turns out they ask potential buyers for 3% more and they don't tell you that. 9 visits in 2 months. I've had 14 visits in a week and a half on my own and many people are speaking badly about Tecnocasa. It really isn’t worth it at all.

Negative experience: Painful experience, very little professionalism and absolutely no response when something arises that deviates from what can be considered 'usual'. I suppose that when everything goes smoothly, the opinion would be different, but in our case it has not been so, and the responses have always been evasive. The guys in the office are nice, but it's not a place to trust, as saying they are merely intermediaries absolves them of all responsibility. I do not recommend it at all, and I cannot give a lower rating because it's not possible.
