Negative experience: ATTENTION LAS BRISAS DE SANTORCAZ, do not book because it is not moving forward either short or medium term. More than a year of reservation, it was supposed to start in December 2023, then in April there would be a new builder, it would start before summer, then it would start in September... If you approach the Santorcaz town hall, they will tell you that no one has approached to talk about the purchase of the land for months. It will probably come up at some point and they will start building, but it will not be today or tomorrow. If you are not in a hurry and have patience, reserve. If you need a house and certainty about when you will have it, do not reserve in this project. I don't think anyone is interested in building such a good house to sell it at such a good price in the Community of Madrid right now. At least they refunded my reservation without any problem. EDITED to say that at least they called me to apologize upon seeing this review. It's the first time I've been called since we reserved the house.

Negative experience: They publish apartments on Idealista that are already reserved just to collect personal data, they update photos of apartments that are already reserved so that notifications reach you, they call you, and they take your email and phone number. This is the second time it has happened to me. If the apartment is reserved, take it down from Idealista or at least indicate it, but don’t add new photos because it misleads people.
