Negative experience: Very bad experience. As tenants, they did not defend us at any time during a conflict regarding the return of the deposit. Quite biased and xenophobic treatment towards a foreign tenant who is an English teacher in secondary education. Conflict of interest regarding a new rental; they prefer to keep the rental of a property rather than mediate in the return of a deposit. Zero recommendable, avoid if you want to rent an apartment.
Good afternoon Fernando, I understand your anger or rather Anna's, regarding the property not wanting to return the deposit. We do not mediate in these conflicts as we told Anna; the owner simply asked us for an opinion on what happened in the apartment and we gave it to her, just as we communicated it to Anna, and it was the same for both. We saw the damages and the property has every right to demand their repair. The xenophobic comment is not correct; thanks to many foreigners we are where we are and we are very grateful for that.
