Negative experience: The biggest scam and embarrassment I have experienced was renting a house with this company; they deceive you and sell you the idea to rent an apartment, but then get ready, because you cannot communicate with the owner due to their Premium Comprehensive Management service which resolves absolutely NOTHING for you: 1 month in winter with cold water, changing the gas boiler for a 30 LITRE WATER HEATER – they can tell me who can take a hot bath with this. A year with humidity and a toilet that has problems affecting the entire community, months with a fridge that doesn't work, constant impertinences with plumbers, experts, etc., to see who they can blame and not pay for the necessary repairs, constant demands from their agents with messages, calls, opening the apartment, and requesting video reports, a constant nightmare. If you're thinking of renting a house with these people, please be careful because they are disastrous. In response to your comment: I do not intend to tarnish your good name at all; your management regarding my apartment has been and is a disaster and a genuine embarrassment. I understand that much of the blame lies with the illustrious owner who does not want to loosen the purse strings to fix the deficiencies of the apartment that hinder my stay and that of certain neighbors. If I express myself through this medium, it is because I have been under constant harassment from your team of agents for a year and from all the troubles I have to live through day by day; Don’t forget that they gave me a 30-litre water heater for me and my baby so as not to have to spend on adequate installation, as if it were my fault that the boiler stopped working. Don’t forget that I have a toilet that leaks water down the walls and that every day I have to clean the bathroom two to three times to prevent the water from leaking more than it already does to the neighbor below. Don’t forget that your agent told me that if the fridge freezes too much, I should use a cloth with hot water every time I want to open it... I could go on, but what for? I thank you for your invitation to leave, but unfortunately we have a contract, and I will make use of it until I consider it convenient. In the meantime, I appreciate it if you could cease the constant harassment of calls and messages, and don’t worry, I will continue attending to the various trades until you decide to carry out the necessary repairs.

My experience after a few months with them is no longer so positive. Initially, they inspect the house before the tenants arrive to detect problems. However, since the tenants moved in, there have been so many incidents that apparently went undetected that the insurance (which we had for 22 years and with tenants for 12 years) has canceled our contract due to excessive claims. I don't know if the house was not inspected properly, if the tenants are not clear, but we have received more notifications in these 6 months than in the previous 12 years.
