Negative experience: A guy assisted me. My intention was to inquire about a rental apartment, with a proposal for a joint guarantee. He showed a complete lack of knowledge regarding laws, in addition to treating me unpleasantly. Furthermore, when I mentioned a family situation, his attitude was xenophobic as he refused to even show the property to a non-Spanish family. He hung up on me without saying goodbye or thank you.
Hello Fernando, We are very sorry if you thought that our colleague treated you poorly. The rentals we manage are for permanent housing leases, with rent default insurance, and among our landlord clients, the figure of a guarantor is not accepted. Regarding the xenophobic treatment, we want to clarify that we do not discriminate based on origin, religion or others; if they meet the requirements set by the insurance, for us it is adequate. I would also like to mention that with the last modification of the LAU, we cannot charge the tenant, and the landlord, who is the one hiring our services, once we have filtered several profiles, are the ones who decide on the tenant they prefer, but always keeping in mind that we do not discriminate, however guarantors are not accepted. Negative experience: I have been waiting for 3 years for them to take care of a payment I had to make for a previous owner of a house I bought. If you sell a house FREE OF CHARGES, it should be as the phrase indicates. They did not take care of any of this and apparently they haven't even cared about it. I will not work with this group again.

Negative experience: We were told that they would call us to see an apartment that we were interested in. Since they did not contact us, we went to the agency, and to our surprise, without barely letting us in, they informed us that it was no longer possible to see it as other people had placed a deposit. Without further explanations, without offering alternatives or knowing our purchasing intentions. No professionalism whatsoever. We do not recommend it to anyone.
A colleague told us that an older gentleman came in the afternoon asking about an apartment he wanted to visit. She was in a meeting with other clients in an office and told him that it had been marked the day before. We regret that he did not feel well attended to; once the meeting was over, we would have been delighted to give them our full attention as is our custom. The person who should have called him had been visiting all day and didn't even have time to inform the other interested parties that it had been reserved, and they will do so today. We disseminate information about a new apartment among our database before listing it on real estate portals like Fotocasa or Idealista, and we have been conducting visits to the apartment for 14 days, which is why we ask for email addresses to ensure that our registered clients receive new listings first. We sincerely regret that they could not visit it, and we will definitely call them today to inform them, as we will do with each of the clients who did not get to see it.

Negative experience: Empresa sobrepasada de trabajo por déficit diario en la gestión. Respuesta ineficaz a las atenciones y problemas propias de una promoción. No recomendable para proyectos inmobiliarios, pues es la diferencia de calidad entre profesionales del sector. Tu sueño de hogar aquí puede ser un sin vivir.

Te agradecemos la valoración y la confianza, la verdad es que no hay mas que tener realizado un buen trabajo previo, una valoración con testigos de pisos vendidos en la zona, un buen reportaje profesional y también, como no, una base de clientes compradores, es el camino para una venta rápida en el mejor precio.
Negative experience: Edito después de la respuesta Efectivamente esa es la razón de la reseña pero no exactamente. Quedamos en que nos resolvería un par de dudas del piso y al día siguiente después de no saber nada os hablé yo preguntando y la respuesta fue que ya se había alquilado. No es el hecho de que mandarais un mensaje en vez de llamar. No mandasteis nada y si no pregunto yo aún estamos esperando
Hola Alejandro, sentimos tu reseña, hemos consultado a nuestra compañera del departamento y efectivamente visitó un piso con vosotros y posteriormente con tu padre, contestándoos a vuestras dudas, se alquiló al día siguiente, ya sabéis que el alquiler de pisos que están bien va muy rápido, igual deberíamos haberos llamado en vez de enviaros un mensaje para comunicároslo, y agradeceríamos vuestra sugerencia en lo que deberíamos mejorar si no fuese ese el motivo. Gracias de antemano.
Positive experience: Con los tiempos que corren, decir que la experiencia ha sido correcta, es mucho decir. Si todos cumplieramos con nuestro trabajo correctamente, las cosas irían mucho mejor. Además, quedan cosas pendientes que, aunque hayan cobrado, tengo la seguridad de que nos ayudarán hasta el final en el proceloso mar de la burocracia.
