Negative experience: The previous review was deleted, confirming the mockery of this real estate agency. I sold an apartment and rented another one at a high price. Everything was fine until the problems started, which they completely ignore, even going so far as to delete WhatsApp messages where they say they will solve them, but they never do. I was delivered the apartment full of cat hair in the kitchen and bathroom, which I had to clean myself. I was charged before they cleaned the apartment they left full of paint. They promised to come and fix a few more things, but they don't. They expect me to pay bills for the period it was vacant and for my insurance to cover everything that isn't in good condition when they handed it over to me. It's all a mess. I also have to pay for a few days of gas and electricity for the apartment I'm selling because the buyer is changing the electricity company. And I repeat, they focus on deleting the WhatsApp messages regarding all these unresolved issues.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with them. They rented me a room in a shared flat and there I found a guy who smoked dope day and night and didn't work. Both Alberto and Miriam only lie to you until they collect the commission. The boss is a dreadful person. Bad manners, she came one day to the flat and entered without warning, started shouting and being disrespectful that I almost called the police. They charged me a commission of 200 E, they make a contract for a room of 24 pages, and in the flat, not a single rule of coexistence is respected. I had to call the National Police 2 times. I do not recommend them for room rentals. Horrible experience and unprofessional at all.
