Positive experience: Ils sont très gentils mais la location de l’appartement « lulu house » zone : Sa Guarda /rino est à éviter . Appartement vieux . Les éclairages dans la cuisine et la salle de bain très très faibles . Impossible de faire à manger . Le lit 2 places ce sont 2 lits séparés réunis mais fait séparément et la porte ne ferme pas . La 2 eme chambre est minuscule , ça devait être un placard avec fenêtre mais avec 2 ado un cauchemar . Des murettes pour s’asseoir pour la table à déjeuner très inconfortable , matelas en guise de canapé. Dur . Literie dure très inconfortable.pas d’enceintes musicales, pas de wifi. mais à éviter avec un enfant en bas âge , garde corps très bas . Attention en fait on ne peut pas vraiment se garer ! Très belle vue c’est la seule chose positive . Hors saison 210 € la nuit , prix exorbitant . Loin du centre car ça monte . Donc le logement « lulu house » à éviter .

Negative experience: This agency manages an apartment through Airbnb that they charge like a 4-star hotel. Why are we leaving the comment here and not with the house we rented? Because this real estate agency is who we dealt with. The only nice thing about the apartment is the view. Everything else leaves much to be desired. It’s like a studio that a student put together as best as they could. And being a real estate agency, they should have the apartments they manage at an appropriate price. Not only this, but they also don't provide bed linen or towels and rent them at an outrageous price. 11 euros for each towel set + 13.50 for the sheets. Note that this does NOT include a bathmat. That is, after using the shower, the bathroom is soaked, and there's nothing to step on. The house also didn’t have soap to wash hands as a courtesy, nor basic cooking items like oil or salt... it's a rental house that people rent for a weekend... Do they really expect one to equip the entire kitchen to be able to cook? The studio does not have Wi-Fi, and the noise from the refrigerator is quite annoying for sleeping. Airbnb already charges you a cleaning fee of 30 euros(!!!!!). So, since the cleaning was paid and we were quite upset about the scam, we left without washing the dishes. Two days later we receive an email saying they want to charge us 21 euros + VAT for cleaning since we left the dirty dishes and the trash bags closed but not taken out. And that if we don't pay, they will file a complaint through Airbnb to deduct it from our card. What a cheek!! Of course, we didn't pay, and when Airbnb contacted us to understand the situation, we explained how things went, and they obviously decided not to proceed with deducting the money. There’s nothing wrong with making money from a property rented to tourists... but trying to squeeze out every last cent by overcharging, with the conditions everything is in... is a shame. If they want to charge what they charge, they should renovate the apartment, provide Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels.

Negative experience: Esta Agencia maneja un departamento mediante Airbnb que lo cobran como si fuera hotel 4 estrellas. Por qué dejamos el comentario aquí y no con la casa que alquilamos? porque esta inmobiliaria es con quien lidiamos. Lo único que tiene de lindo el depto es la vista. Todo lo demas, deja mucho que desear. Es como un monoambiente de un estudiante que lo armó como pudo. Y siendo una inmobiliaria, tiene que tener los pisos que maneja con un precio adecuado. No solo esto sino que no te dan ropa de cama ni toallas y te las alquilan a un precio descomunal. 11 euros cada juego de toallas + las sabanas 13,50. Conste que esto NO INCLUYE alfombra para el baño. Es decir, luego de usar la ducha, el baño queda empapado, y no hay nada para pisar. La casa tampoco constaba con jabon para lavarse las manos como cortesía, ni con elementos basicos para cocinar como aceite o sal... es una casa de alquiler que la gente alquila por un fin de semana.. De verdad esperan que uno se tenga que equipar la cocina completa para poder cocinar? El monoambiente no tiene wifi, y el ruido de la heladera es bastante molesto para dormir. Airbnb ya te cobra un monto de 30 euros(!!!!!) por limpieza. Entonces, como estaba paga la limpieza y como estábamos bastante molestos por la estafa, nos fuimos sin lavar los platos. Pasados dos dias nos llega un mail diciendo que nos quieren cobrar 21 euros + IVA por la limpieza ya que dejamos los platos sucios y las bolsas de basura cerradas pero sin sacar. Y que si no lo pagamos, van a iniciar una queja mediante Airbnb para que nos lo descuenten de la tarjeta. Un descaro!! Por supuesto que no pagamos y cuando Airbnb se contactó con nosotros para entender la situación, le explicamos cómo fueron las cosas y obviamente decidieron no proceder con el descuento del dinero. No tiene nada malo obtener dinero de un inmueble que se alquila a turistas... pero tratar de sacar hasta el ultimo centavo, cobrando de mas, con las condiciones en la que esta todo... es una vergüenza. Si quieren cobrar lo que cobran remodelen el piso a nuevo, pongan wifi, sabanas y toallas.

Negative experience: After finding out that what we paid for a vacation rental was more than twice the amount another family paid for a practically identical neighbouring apartment, we were furthermore notified by airbnb that this agency wants even more money for cleaning and damages, even though we left the apartment in a perfect state (all it needed was a very basic cleaning, which was specified as included in the price we paid). We were not even told what the damages and extra cleaning were. On top of that, while the apartment was described to contain cooking basics, all we found was salt and literally a drop of oil. Plus we heard the upstairs neighbors like they were in the same room.

Negative experience: Alquilé una casa que parecia bonita, llego y estaba asquerosa se suponía que tenía que estar limpia y desinfectada por el COVID-19 y había hasta una cucaracha muerta en la entrada del salón. Fuí a pedir una devolución y las señoras de la oficina nos trataron FATAL, nos vacilaban al hablar. La verdad es que no quiero que nadie tenga que sufrir lo que hemos sufrido. Dejo 1 estrella porque es el mínimo y no puedo dejar menos. Muchas gracias espero que les sirva de ayuda esta reseña.

Negative experience: No volvería a utilizar sus servicios. Como atención al cliente dejan mucho que desear.
