Negative experience: I give one star for the sake of it, but I would give 0, a waste of time, money, and hope. Speaking since you were leaving the house where I live, because they tell you the story days after you request the simple note, when everything is known when you are going to sell the property. And then they tell you rent with an option to buy, and well, they tell you one day that it’s this much money, and on other days they say it’s not, they ask for more, and then they tell you that no, they end up backing out when you have boxes ready for the move, the money. Bad from the owner supposedly and bad from the manager there, and this is a review, but what drives the most is word of mouth and having family that has contact with new people every day in Zamora will do something, and if you are the one that sells the most in Zamora, as you told me, everything that goes up also comes down, you shouldn’t take it for granted. Terrible experience with this real estate agency in two houses, and I feel sorry for those who show you the properties because they are very nice, both the girl and the boy.

Negative experience: I think they are opportunists and too self-interested. They show a great lack of commercial professionalism. You ask for information and they don't even tell you the street so you can assess among so many offers whether you are interested in going to see it or discard it. If you don’t go to see it, they say it’s their rules. You go to see it, and if the street doesn’t fit you or anything else, you’ve wasted an hour or more, depending on where you come from, you have stopped doing your things because you either go or do nothing. They should assess beforehand unless they don’t have anything else to do during the day. You talk to any other real estate agency and there’s no problem; they inform you, and that way you can confirm whether you are interested in approaching to see the property or not. Keep going like this with your rules, which only show a very, very deficient professionalism and leaves a lot to be desired. In response to their reply: Regarding their reply below, they should not justify themselves by saying they have provided all the data. It would be more professional in my view to tell the truth and that the only data was the Blocks area. The Blocks area is a small area, right? Is that the Organic Law on Data Protection? Maybe they should read it carefully and be more objective regarding the Organic Law since the rest of the real estate agencies, according to their interpretation, must all be breaching it because you call and they do tell you where the property is located or at least the street. To me, that lack of transparency only creates significant doubts and a huge lack of professionalism, unless they are allegedly hiding something that I am unaware of. I have also seen that they have several negative reviews. So the 25 years of praise they throw at themselves do not justify the action either. In any case, keep going according to your rules; this real estate agency will undoubtedly be one that I will never approach and moreover, you can be sure that I will not recommend it to anyone, and this is a very small city. In this competitive world, it takes a lot of time to get a satisfied client, and it only takes a minute to lose them forever. I hope they last another 25 years working like this.

Negative experience: Very bad services, I've made reservations for an apartment, they show me 3 other apartments, but not the one I want. A few hours later they told that the apartment has been sold! Layers!

Negative experience: I wanted to see the Apartment and they told me it had been sold a few hours later in the day, we had an inspection agreement and they did not show me this Apartment, but others. They lied.

Negative experience: He showed us the house in 5 minutes, at night, and when we wanted to see it during the day there were always excuses... it was supposed that EVERYTHING worked in the house, (said by a real estate employee and by the owners) and then it turns out that nothing worked!! They rushed to collect the deposit and once it was collected, they finally showed us the house (at night). They didn't even raise the blinds. Totally dissatisfied and I do not recommend it.
