Negative experience: If buying an apartment is an illusion for a couple or for one person, with the real estate agency SUAVIS DOMUS, located in the Pasaje de Olmedo in Zamora, it becomes an unexpected disappointment. Their real estate agent Pedro plays both sides, as they say in my village, to have two options to hold onto (if one fails, I have the other tied) and all this comes with deception and lies, giving you hope that the apartment you want is already yours (with how difficult it is to find the right apartment at the right price and to decide to buy it) and scheduling a day to take the first step which is the famous deposit contract and handing over a deposit, they tell you that it is already sold. In two words: "shameful" and "sneaky". But it doesn't end there; when you ask for explanations about what happened and what was being played at, you encounter disdain towards you through arrogant gestures, silence, and phrases like "I am not going to give explanations" or "I must have forgotten to mention that it was already sold" (very clever on their part, I say nothing and if the other person fails me, I already have these) and more attitudes like talking to him and he is on his mobile. I find it very humiliating that a real estate service plays and treats clients this way. Finally, after not receiving a coherent explanation from them, I asked for the complaint sheet, and they rudely replied that they didn't have it, with another colleague indicating to look for it, and finally they said to come back another day because they didn't have it. In short...! Judge for yourselves! I expose my case so that it is known that with this real estate agency, while this person continues to work there, just as it has happened to me and they have played with the illusion of a family, it could happen to another. I rate the professionalism of this person and the real estate agency they represent as despicable, disrespectful, unsustainable, dirty play, lies, and the most vile and despicable act of playing with people's illusions, which is unacceptable. Who does this person think they are to treat people like this?

Afterward, nothing they said matches up, and if they see you are interested, they pressure you by using an old man (they call him Mr. Domingo...) to make you believe that he is also interested in the house. Surreal but true.

Negative experience: At first it was great until I found out that I had been deceived along with their lawyer. One of them DID recognize the deception and the other did NOT. He said that buying the property through the real estate agency while making you believe that the buyers have covid is something very normal. His lawyer also admitted that it was poorly done and that he was ashamed. How embarrassing it would be for me if they trusted me as a professional and after having deceived them, I wouldn't even be able to apologize or acknowledge it. Summary: do not trust them.

Negative experience: Real estate agency to avoid. From the start, rushed and lying to accelerate the process. Then arrogant treatment, lacking empathy and avoiding responsibilities, not answering calls and ignoring all problems (mainly arising from their work). Causing misunderstandings with the buyer. Personally, I have no good words and professionally, awful.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give zero, horrible treatment, they deceived us and lied from the beginning, when it came down to it they disappeared and we didn't hear from them again for two months. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: Pésima atención al vendedor del inmueble. El Sr. de la inmobiliaria vació el piso de muebles y enseres personales sin permiso de los propietarios. Cuando llegue al piso me tuve que alojar en un hotel por dicha situación. No lo recomendaría.
