Negative experience: I don't know how this real estate agency works in general, but my first contact was disastrous, not so much because of the agency but because of the agent, Ricardo. Yesterday I contacted him, it was quite difficult as I had to insist several times. I asked about a house, and he asked if it was just for me, to which I replied yes, giving my reasons for why I was moving. He gave me a viewing for the next day, I specified that I was from Cantabria, so I was always aware of this detail. Once I arrived at the property, the first thing he said was 'it's too big of a house for me' 'it requires too much care' 'what would I do with that house'. I indicated that I am someone used to large houses with a garden and orchard. Throughout the visit, he seemed defensive, I pointed out things that were advertised as included with the house, and upon arrival, they were not present. When we finished the visit, he told me to look for something else because that house was for a family with children and that it would be too much work for me (at this point, I was offended after hearing these comments repeatedly). I made a counteroffer that he wouldn't even listen to; I tried to explain my reasons, but he paid no attention. A disastrous experience, it's a shame that this chalet, if not rented, is due to this agent who clearly lacks the skill to treat people properly. Response: If you thought it was such a big house for me, I repeat, that house is not that big, you could have told me not to make a trip from Cantabria. The chalet would be worth that if it had everything that is advertised, including garage, fiber internet, something that I find to be a primary necessity today, the barbecue shown in the pictures cannot be used either, and the appliances are the same ones that have been in that chalet since its construction. I went with the intention of renting it, without any counteroffer, but again I repeat, it is not what you advertise, and if I mention that, all the responses have been defensive.

Negative experience: Wednesday he shows me the apartment, I like it but I need financing, on Thursday I go to the bank and I let him know that I just left and they give me an appointment as soon as possible, Friday morning. Friday morning I'm at the bank requesting the loan and he tells me that he just sold the apartment. Also, of course, he keeps rushing me continuously. Very unprofessional not to wait even 24 hours from the time I let him know that I'm going to the bank to when he sells it. And if the reservation is going to cost me 3000 euros that I could lose if they don't grant me the loan, of course, I won't make it without having clarity, spare me the life lessons.

Negative experience: My experience with Ricardo has not been good. We went to see an apartment, we liked it and I called him to make a counteroffer. He told me that he would pass it on to the owners and would let me know. He calls me back and tells me that to get that counteroffer we have to pay him €1500. I tell him that we are not going to pay anything for the management and he says that he told us this when we viewed the apartment, but in reality, he did not tell us. As far as I know, it is the owner who pays the real estate agency, never the buyer.
