Negative experience: Simply TERRIBLE!!!

Negative experience: Here goes my experience with this company, to put it in a more polite way. Just last week I closed the deal to purchase some offices. After carrying out all the necessary procedures regarding loans, advisory, registration, etc... Let's move heaven and earth. I go to finalize the purchase, and the agent tells me that they have changed their mind and that according to the seller, they have decided to separate the attachments (garage and storage room) and now they are sold separately. According to the agent, it's because another real estate agency that also advertises this property has done so, hiding the opinion apart from the seller's decision. As of today, the office is still for sale but modified. If possible, avoid any purchase with this company; I refrain from any kind of qualification. I also tell you that I'm very glad I didn't make the purchase through them because if they hide things like this in a deal over 100,000 euros, it could ruin more than one of us. BE CAREFUL, BE CAREFUL.

Negative experience: Yesterday the real estate agency 'pisos y más' sold us a property. That same night, one of the keys we were given at the notary got stuck in the lock, preventing us from closing the door. We called a locksmith and he told us that it was a service key and that is why it got stuck. No one informed us about the existence of this service key when they all looked the same. Today we complained about the locksmith's cost to the real estate agency and they completely distanced themselves, excusing themselves by saying that they are only intermediaries, even though all commercial dealings have been exclusively with them. This is an example of the type of attention, professionalism, and ethics provided by this real estate agency.
