In our company, we value mutual respect and courtesy in all our interactions with clients. We cannot tolerate aggressive or threatening behavior towards our staff. We understand that the lack of rental options can lead to frustration. We acknowledge that there is currently a shortage of supply in the rental market, which can make finding suitable housing difficult. But that is no excuse to enter the office with such a haughty and intimidating attitude.

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with our agency and we understand your frustration.
