Negative experience: Not recommended this company, or at least, this office. Exorbitant fees for buyers and sellers. I had the 'luck' of speaking with Joel and his colleague Alejandra. Not clear at all, constantly getting tangled up, claiming that they had 3 or 4 people to buy the property and trying to sell it to me by any means. Not to mention the 3-4 daily calls they made to me. Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews from people with one or two ratings on their profile.

Negative experience: They deserve one star because you can't give them none. They have no experience, are dishonest, and are well-trained in lying (at least, in this office). They charge very high commissions to buyers for 'intermediation' services, according to them, which they commit to carry out so that 'you don’t have to worry about anything.' The result of this service basically consists of the hassle of going to show the apartment. They don’t handle the rest of the procedures or don’t know how to do them, and on top of that, they keep you deceived until all deadlines expire. Not trustworthy.

Joel, el líder del equipo, no ha dejado de asesorarme, orientarme, ayudarme, y de darme todo tipo de facilidades…. hasta que ha logrado vender mi piso en un tiempo récord, después de haber perdido más de año y medio con otras inmobiliarias “de tronío”. Al entrar por primera vez a esta Agencia te impacta la juventud y frescura del equipo; al minuto te sorprende su estilo desenfadado y cordial, y a los 5 min de hablar con Joel te asombra su preparación, su trato amable y cordial, su preparación y su solvencia profesional, y sobre todo quedas fascinado por su amabilidad, su elocuencia y su exquisita educación y amabilidad. Pero solo pude valorar con objetividad el trabajo y esfuerzo de Joel y su gente cuando releía toda la información que ellos me enviaban por mail y whatsapp, y más aún pude valorarlo cuando acudía a la oficina y Joel me mostraba y explicaba pacientemente las gráficas, figuras, tablas, esquemas, análisis…. que preparaban sobre la venta de mi piso, pues aunque fuera céntrico tenía algunos “peros” que hacían más difícil el trabajo del equipo. Si tuviera que resumir las características y profesionalidad de Joel y su equipo en 6 palabras tendría que utilizar las siguientes: seriedad, eficacia, rapidez, solvencia, responsabilidad y amabilidad. !!!Ah, y gracias por haber caído en vuestras manos!!! Os pido perdón por la extensión de mi reseña, especialmente a quienes la hayáis leído entera pero, como dice el refrán, si no lo digo todo revi… y, además, no le haría justicia a Joel ni a su equipo!!!.
