Fantastic experience: Os comento mi situación: Cambio de vivienda, paso por varias inmobiliarias antes de llegar a esta, las cuales no me informaban ni me llevaban ninguna visita. Pues bien fueron estos chicos valoraron mi piso y en solo dos semanas superaron todas las visitas que llevaron las otras inmobiliarias en meses, se lo curraron y a los dos meses ya le tenia vendido por el precio que queria, (Que era muy similar a lo que me habian entregado de valoracion). Segun me comentaron el comprador saco el 100% en hipoteca por su servicio financiero, incluso se encargaron de tramitar la plusvalía y los cambios de suministros. 1000% recomendables.

Negative experience: Ojo con esta inmobiliaria !!! Cobran hasta 6.000 € al vendedor, y al comprador le cobran otros 3.000 € a parte del precio !!! Los 3.000 € no los ponen en el precio para que el vendedor no se entere, pero luego se lo piden al comprador al hacer las visitas al piso. A mi entender, un engaño en toda regla porque como vendedor no me comunican que le van a cobrar al comprador, con lo que cobran más dinero del pactado...

Negative experience: Pues a mi me toco la china. Tras varios errores en los contratos de arras que repitieron hasta 4 veces, demoraron la operación hasta vencer los plazos del contrato de arras, y eso que les pedi 40 veces cerrar la venta antes de fin de año. Solo se dieron prisa para cobrar los honorarios, porque las facturas tardaron meses. Una cosa hay que reconocer amables lo son y echan horas para aburrir.

Negative experience: Os cuento mi experiencia por si os sirve de ayuda. Firmamos contrato con ellos para alquilar una vivienda y pedimos como garantía contrato indefinido y 3 nóminas para poder hacer seguro de inquilinos. Después de más de un mes dando largas descubrimos que no pidieron contrato ni nóminas pero si tres mensualidades.. Como R. estaba despedido, se hacen cargo de rehacer el contrato y seguro C. y S. . Pasan dos meses más y seguimos igual, según ellos el inquilino no aporta documentación ( a nombre de familiar pues no reúne requisitos) cosa que no es cierta. Solución : hoja de reclamaciones. Moraleja : no supongas de la profesionalidad de la gente y exige toda la documentación.

Fantastic experience: He comprado un piso con Tecnocasa y he contado con Kiron para hacer la parte financiera. He terminado contento, porque todo ha salido bien y a tiempo. Su trato siempre ha sido muy correcto. Quizás sea cierto que los pobres tienen mucho trabajo, pero responden y tratan de ayudar en todo lo posible. Cuando vas a la oficina, siempre te hacen sentir muy a gusto. No me arrepiento de haber contratado a Kiron para la parte financiera. El chico que me ha llevado todo se ha implicado muchísimo y siempre me ha acompañado, ha cogido el teléfono y ha contestado mis dudas. En resumen, yo sí recomiendo comprar un piso con ellos.

Negative experience: Comisiones altísimas y muy mala experiencia, evitar a toda costa!!

Negative experience: No os fieis de las 5 estrellas que les dan porque seguro que son de familiares o amigos. Poca profesionalidad, no se preparan la entrevista con el cliente y no saben ni lo que te estan vendiendo ni a quién. El encargado muy mal educado, insultó delante de mi a los clientes anteriores, te hacen esperar porque se equivocan de llaves, por no hablar de las altas comisiones que cobran tanto al vendedor 6000 euros, como al comprador 3000 euros.

Fantastic experience: Fueron muy atentos en la venta del piso de mis padres, informándoles en todo momento de todas las visitas que recibía el piso y de la opinión de los futuros compradores. Lo mejor fue la postventa, ya que se encargaron de todo y ellos solo tuvieron que ir a firmar. Sin duda unos grandes profesionales. Recomiendo 100% esta inmobiliaria.
