Negative experience: The experience with this real estate agency has been the worst we have had. I took time to write this comment giving them the opportunity to rectify all the faults of the Casabella real estate agency. 1. We had to rent the apartment from the city where we lived, we reiterated that the apartment had to be in conditions to move in, as we were moving from Palencia to Valencia, however, they handed us the apartment dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. We are a family with 3 small children and we had to start living in that filth. The money and time spent on cleaning we have taken on ourselves. The owner of the apartment and the real estate agency completely disregarded the fact and downplayed its importance, as if nothing had happened. 2. We moved in August, it is very hot in Valencia, and the air conditioners did not work. 3. The dishwasher was installed but the drainage system was disconnected; when we turned it on for the first time (not knowing the connection was not made), water ran across the kitchen and we had to clean it up. 4. The real estate agency blames the worker who rented us the apartment, who, since he no longer works with them, has no opportunity to give his version. 5. We are still waiting for the full return of the deposit that the owner did not deposit in the corresponding Generalitat office. We left the apartment on 31/1/23, they only refunded us €800, because according to the owner she had to 'paint the entire apartment', which is a LIE since on February 1 they had already rented the apartment to another family. We are still waiting for her to send us the supposed invoice from the painter, which will never arrive, that person works 'under the table' and was the one who always came to the house to make repairs. 5. After moving in, they continued to charge the utility bills to my bank account; we provided that information to the agency on 24/5/23 and as of today they have not refunded us the total of the bills, which they should manage through the owner and/or the current tenant. Let each reader draw their own conclusions after reading this message. Hopefully, the Casabella Real Estate Agency improves its management with clients, has more empathy with families with small children, and is more professional and less informal with something as important for a family as moving and the associated procedures. No solo alquila una vivienda, pero nos hemos pedido por sus consejos y nos ha acaonsejado muy bien, estas muy contentos con su servicio y pudiera recomendar a todas las personas que buscaran una vivienda (sea alquiler o venta) contactarle.

Positive experience: Buena experiencia y como dicen los otros muy sincero el Sr Roberto. Lo unico que no me gusto es el tema del IVA de la comision de la agencia, que se cobra APARTE. Es un detalle que se deberia comunicar por adelantado, ya que el 21% de 500 (por poner un ejemplo) euros es un buen pico. Por lo demas, genial.
