Negative experience: Two months ago I returned an apartment and they still haven't refunded part of the deposit. All the services are up to date and they are not resolving anything. I was told to contact the owner and they are passing the responsibility between them while I continue waiting. The worst part is that I warned them about this when returning the apartment and they told me to stay calm because they would handle it well, but I see that they are not. I do not recommend them. Regarding your response: You are the ones who request the deposit, you are the ones who told me to stay calm because I would get it back, but now you say you are not responsible for anything. To sign and collect your commission, you take responsibility and are quick (just like responding to a bad review on Google) but when it comes to returning the deposit, you act like strangers. Obviously, I will not sign any release until I get back what is due to me.

Negative experience: After two months of insisting and arguing with the owner and another 'manager', I managed to get the remaining deposit back, however, I'm still waiting for them to return the money for the services. They were always very willing and had a lot of smiles when it came time to sign so they could collect their commission, but when it comes to refunds/claims, they completely disregard it. I think you are totally confused or have had several issues, my wife did not delete any review.

Negative experience: I do not recommend them. They are not trustworthy. You contact them to hire their services. They tell you that they have you scheduled, to wait because they will schedule a search. And it never comes. Do not go with these people if you are looking for someone trustworthy.

Negative experience: Honestly, not very serious. They return the deposit whenever they want and do not answer your calls when you try to contact them for the key return. They also do not adhere to the established schedules in the business.

Negative experience: Do not rent from this company. I have been with them for the summer in Valencia and they have rented an apartment to me that is under construction. They have also been unwilling to negotiate with the neighbors regarding noise and other complaints I have made. The construction workers even put a hole in my bathroom wall. If you can, do not rent with this company. There are other more professional options that can rent to you for better prices and better insurance. Cristobal and Kathryn are my property managers and have been especially unhelpful in settling this issue. I was moved into an unfinished apartment that has construction from 6am-11pm. Do not rent with this company. Save your money and find a more professional option.

Negative experience: La atención al cliente no es buena, les escribí hace más de un mes tomaron los datos, preguntaron de todo y después nunca más se comunicaron, además de ignorar los mensajes al tratar de comunicarme. Lo correcto sería dejar saber al cliente inclusive si no hay propiedades disponibles, aunque no creo que sea el caso xq ya logré encontrar piso con otra inmobiliaria y mucho más rápido.

Negative experience: Tardan en responder los mensajes y cuando lo hacen te piden información que ya haz dado como 5 veces, para algunos pisos te piden un año de fianza que en realidad no se si es legal solo por no tener nomina.

Fantastic experience: Excelente la atención de Alejandro y Javier, personas serias y responsables, me ayudaron de la mejor manera posible a conseguir piso aquí en Valencia, todo de manera legal y transparente, los recomiendo en todo momento, los felicito por su gestión realizada a mi familia en la obtención de la vivienda y en las excelentes condiciones en la que se encuentra.
