Negative experience: Everything was perfect until it came time to return the apartment I had rented and get my deposit back. They even wanted to deduct for a dishwasher because they said I had changed it. I recommend checking every piece of furniture, photographing interiors, and sending all the details, including appliance brands! I found it to be an exaggeration, even photographing the cleanliness of the dishwasher inside when one receives the apartment and the shelves inside the closets. The real estate staff should be impartial and not demand unusual things. On the contrary, they listened to every demand from the owner. Luckily, I had video of the dishwasher that they had sent me before renting, and in the video, it showed that it was a quilt cover instead of a duvet that they said was missing. The photos in the contract were outdated. I have learned from this experience. I am just leaving my opinion so that it doesn't happen to others.
