We traveled from afar to meet with them and spent the entire afternoon wandering around Valencia waiting for a response with their instructions, knowing that we had to return to our city. We never received a call or a response until the next day. They have no respect for anything and they only care about their own interests. Without a doubt, NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

Negative experience: The treatment from the real estate agent who attended us (Maria) leaves much to be desired. We were interested in visiting a for-sale apartment and were offered an appointment. To attend the visit, my partner and I changed shifts at our respective jobs, and when we arrived at the office, the girl informed us that she had been calling the owner all day and had not been able to reach her. We went to the apartment, and to our surprise: No one opened the door, and we didn't ask to see the apartment. Knowing that she was unable to locate the owner since early in the morning, she could have informed us in advance, and we would have postponed the appointment without issue. Instead, she wasted our time unnecessarily. The truth is that we were genuinely interested in the apartment, but now we refuse to pay fees to someone with such little professionalism.
